Un séjour très agréable parmi du personnel à l'écoute toujours pour vous renseigner.
Pros:

L'établissement est très bien situé dans un quartier animé. Les personnels sontt très accueillant(e)s. Il est proche de l'opéra (20 min à pied). A la ligne 7 qui va au Louvre. Il est décoré par les images de Bansky puisque voisin du petit musée qui lui est consacré et fait référence à l’Hôtel que celui a monté en Palestine.

Cons:

Les murs de notre chambre étaient sombres. La peinture des plafonds mériterait d'être refaite, elle commence à s'écailler.

Perfecte locatie, ontzettend vriendelijk personeel, maar er missen wat basis faciliteiten.
Pros:

De locatie is echt top: een leuke buurt met veel gezellige cafés, restaurants en passages.
Het persoonlijk was het ontzettend vriendelijk. Je voelt je meteen welkom en ze denken echt met je mee als je ergens hulp bij nodig hebt.
Het bed sliep heerlijk, het matras was lekker stevig, precies zoals wij het graag hebben.

Cons:

Als verbeterpunt misten we wel een paar basisvoorzieningen op de kamer, zoals een kluisje, waterkoker en een extra spiegel. Daarnaast hadden we een aantal warme dagen tijdens ons verblijf, waardoor de kamer behoorlijk warm en benauwd werd. We kregen wel een ventilator, wat erg fijn was, maar airconditioning was in dit geval wel een must.

Lovely stay to enjoy Paris on a budget
Pros:

Great location in a very cute part of Paris. Close proximity to bars, restaurants and lovely sights. Staff was extremely friendly, easy to store my bag prior to check in, and check in process was easy. Great value when traveling Paris on a budget

L’accueil du personnel

Cons:

Nuit difficile à cause de la chaleur et dû au manque de climatisation, moquette sale, pied du lit instable, manque de prises au mur (uniquement 1), manque de gel douche, pas de claquettes pour pouvoir se rendre aux toilettes.

Overall feeling natural
Pros:

The front desk is really kind and polite. They always bring smile on their face everything they say bonjour.

Cons:

I think the house keeper has to work on their working style.Since the soundproofing of the hotel is worse snd it is unavoidable, they should avoid making so much noise when they doing house keeping in the hallway.Everything around 10 in the morning, I always heard the garbage noise throwing on the floor and the heavy noice of closing the other rooms’ door, that was so annoying which really affect my sleeping routine.

I am a solo traveler when I come to Paris, and this is a great place for an individual to stay by themselves.

Great location. Very helpful staff at the front desk.

Cons:

I didn’t love the flooring inside my room, but that is a minor complaint. Thank you for the little shower sandals. Those were helpful.

החדר קטן מאד, היה לא נקי ומאד לא נעים, גם המקלחת. אין מזגנים. בלילה גילינו פשפשים במיטה.
הצוות היו נחמדים, הציעו חדר אחר.
לבסוף עזבנו, עם התחייבות לקבלת הכסף.
