Better than expected, but expensive
Pros:

The location was great - walking distance to Sacre Coeur and Montmartre, the Louvre, river and many sights. There was a huge selection of delicious restaurants, bakeries etc nearby at a good price. Lots of bus / metro connections and near the train station, but a nice area. I wasn't expecting to have a sink and shower in the room, I assumed it was a shared bathroom. Clean, comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Cons:

The shared toilet was clean, but from the fire plan, appears to be shared between 9 rooms. Therefore, if full, it could be an issue at time. It wasn't during my stay though, only occupied twice.

On my last evening, I realised that the door to my room was not secure, and could be opened without a key card with very little force (I forgot I needed a key card and it opened easily). The staff said they'd check the error. Nothing was stolen, but not great safety. An extra lock can only be used when inside, not when out for the day.

The cost is higher than its value, but that may just be Paris costs.

Good for budget travelling. Good location
Pros:

The staff were very friendly and helpful with everything we needed. The location was very nice. Felt safe and very lively, close to transportation. We didn't have any big issues and it was OK for the budget

Cons:

It could have been a little cleaner. There was no fridge in the room or ac. The bathroom was too dark and it was the only place that had a mirror. The elevator was making loud noises.

Pros:

Ubicación excelente, muy céntrica con la parada del metro de la línea 7 justo al lado. A pocos minutos paseando de la Basílica del Sagrado Corazón y de la Ópera Garnier. El desayuno estaba buenísimo, muy completo (pan, embutidos, bollería, cereales, leche, café, fruta...).
Estaba todo muy limpio y el personal extremadamente amable. Repetiría sin duda.

Ein Hotel einer etwas anderen Art...
Pros:

Das Hotel hat eine sehr coole Atmosphäre mit der Idee, es Banksy zuzuschreiben. Das zeigt sich in den Zimmern und allen anderen Räumen. Sehr schön :-) Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Der Fahrstuhl ist im Moment defekt. Wir brauchten diesen nicht, aber der kaputte Fahrstuhl quiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiietscht die ganze Zeit, leider auch durch die ganze Nacht.

Pros:

La ubicación es buena, hay muchos restaurantes cerca y es fácil moverse desde ahí. El personal es agradable y dispuesto. El joven que nos recibió en el checkin fue muy amable y nos dio buenas recomendaciones locales.

Cons:

La habitación es muy pequeña y sin ventilación. Cuando nos alojamos, la temperatura exterior era de 15 grados y dentro de la habitación no se podía respirar del calor. El ascensor hace un ruido impresionante, de terror, tanto es así que de 22 a 8 ponen una cinta para no utilizarlo porque hace temblar el piso y las paredes.

Soggiorni ottimo, consiglio ma senza colazione
Pros:

La stanza era spaziosa. Il personale é molto gentile. Il quartiere in cui è situato l’hotel è carino, ci sono tanti ristoranti che hanno cucine etniche, la sera è popolato e non ho avuto paura a tornare la sera tardi.

Cons:

Avevano la colazione inclusa, a posteriori non la riprenderei. Scarsa, il caffè non molto buono, 2 giorni non c’erano le brioche forse perché erano finite.
