Pros:

Новый отель с просто фантастическим видом на Босфор! Персонал потрясающий, они сделают ваш отдых максимально комфортным❤️ очень сытные и разнообразные завтраки! Спасибо!
Локация супер, рядом и причал и парк Йелдыз!

Cons:

Единственный минус - это подъем до входа в отель, но если вы позвоните заранее, вам обязательно помогут с багажом. Вид из номера того стоит 😍
В качестве пожелания могу отметить, что очень мало кухонных принадлежностей. Мы не пользовались кухней, но если другие гости захотят что-то приготовить, посуды практически нет.

Pros:

Location was great. Amazing views. Very clean space, comfortable. Polite and friendly staff.

Cons:

There were few steps to go up to the reception but it didn’t bother us too much.

Great stay! Everything was excellent. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our visit. A special thank you to Surey from Reception for organizing a lovely surprise decoration and always being ready to assist. Also, thanks to Guzal from Breakfast for welcoming us with a smile every morning. The view was really great. Would recommend.

The only bad sides are the room was not very clean and the kitchen had limited items. The rest was fine

We would go back today.
Pros:

Everything was wonderful, we would love to come back anytime. The building is brand new, with spacious rooms, stairs, and an elevator. It is true that upon arrival you have to carry your suitcases up about 20 stairs to the entrance of the building, but the staff immediately jumps to help. Everyone is very kind and helpful. They helped us with anything we needed. I would especially highlight the help of Berat, Tarik, and Güzel, who made our vacation even more beautiful with their wonderful work.
The breakfast is fantastic, full of Turkish delicacies. The room is large and comfortable, the view is amazing. Watching the ships sailing on the Bosphorus while drinking coffee on the sofa in the morning is a magical experience.

Cons:

Not a negative, more of an observation. The level of the terrace window is quite low. A railing could be put there. It was a bit surprising at first. My other suggestion is that a reading lamp next to the bed in the bedroom would be good so that you don't have to turn on the ceiling lamp in the evening.

Mangelnde Sauberkeit! man hat uns anderes Zimmer gegeben als das gebuchte.Tag später haben sie doch das richtige Zimmer uns vorgeschlagen,ob wir wechseln wollen den Stress wollten wir uns aber nicht mehr antun .
