Beds in both rooms incredibly uncomfortable and neither room had fans that worked well breakfast was poor for the price and never offered anything other than full English cups and spoons were dirty

I had a very small, single room, no better than the cheapest student accommodation you can imagine. The carpets in the halls and in my room were filthy. The chair was filthy. Paint was peeling off one area in the bathroom and the dirty silicone didn't seal the shower tray to the floor. For £125.10 inc VAT, for one night, it was disgusting.

It was very hot and the windows barely open to let in any kind of air. The mattress was broken down and not comfortable. The fan was broken .

The room was very small, and since there was no air conditioning, it was extremely difficult to sleep as the air felt very stuffy and there was not enough ventilation. There were two fans in the room, but they did not help much. One of the fans was very dirty, to the point that I did not even want to turn it on. The wardrobe was dusty and not properly cleaned, and the cups on the table were also dirty. I would strongly recommend changing the cleaner, as the cleaning standards were quite poor.

It would also have been helpful to have at least a small refrigerator in the room, as there was nowhere to store drinks. However, the biggest issue was that the hotel’s name did not match the name shown on Booking.com, which made it very difficult to find the property and caused unnecessary confusion.

Overall, the experience could be improved significantly with better cleanliness, clearer information, and better room facilities.

The bed was not the best. Mattress needs updating.

The rooms were small, unclean, poor refreshments room facilities, very compact room, breakfast was poor despite being asked to pay extra for it and it wasn’t fresh or hot, no food available so had to go elsewhere and the bar drinks weren’t to a good standard soft drinks were flat and the beers weren’t to the desired level. Staff service and attitude was poor and rude.

Absolutely disgusting experience. The room reeked of mould, and the bathroom smelled even worse, with an overpowering mould odour that made it unpleasant to use. The room was dirty and clearly had not been cleaned properly.

The staff were unfriendly, rude, and completely uninterested in helping. Customer service was appalling from start to finish.

This was one of the worst hotel stays I've ever had. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

the shower door edges were grubby,,,one curtain was hanging down,,which i put back up,,the fabric on the stool was marked in several places,,,outside the room was a flight of stairs up to the next floor,the grey coloured carpet was filthy,,looked like ground in sand,,,atthe p our first breakfast,,,i asked about cereal only to be told that we dont do cereal only toast or fry up,,,which i found odd as there was continental visitors,,,,several of the chairs in the main room were marked and stained,, the people were polite,,also to be charged £10 a night to park on the path around the side was a bit cheeky to say the least
