Great place to recharge for a few days (if other guests allow it).
Pros:

+ Great experience in the check-in. Nice touch providing water and wet towels. Such a simple gesture that goes a long way, specially after a long car travel.
+ Everything is new and fresh. Everything was clean. Make sure to keep it that way. Maintenance is key.
+ The shower in the room was really nice. Very spatious and hot. The whole bathroom is pretty and well designed.
+ Gardens are very pretty, it has a lot of bees and birds. Great place to relax.
+ Breakfast buffet was good but there is some room for improvement (replacement of items like croisaants, orange juice or ham was a bit slow - these are popular items so maybe have more of those specially on weekends).
+ Outdoor pool is really nice. The water temperature (27º-ish) is very welcoming.
+ The Pool Bar food and drink options were great. Pulled meat sandwhich is so good.
+ SPA is good. Indoor pool is big enough to swim and has a unique view of the gardens. Sauna is very hot.
+ Restaurant is great. The menu has a lot of options and most of the items we tried were at a very high standard.

Cons:

- Pillows were too thick and all the same size. It would be nice to have different sized options so it is easier to adjust. Different people like different height of pillows.
- Hard to keep a stable room temperature. When AC was on it was very cold. After switching it off it the room became too hot after a few minutes. Maybe we were doing it wrong.
- Other guests (very noisy around the outdoor pool and in the public areas at night, in the elevator and corridors, very unrespecful of pool rules - no one showers before entering the water).

Pros:

Estadia muito agradável. Staff sempre simpático e com grande atenção ao detalhe. Voltaremos certamente!

Cons:

O único ponto menos positivo foi a presença frequente de vespas junto à piscina, que acabou por perturbar um pouco os momentos de descanso. Entendo que é algo difícil de controlar, mas fica a nota.

Maravilloso
Pros:

Nuestra estancia fue excelente. Lo que más nos gustó fue la amabilidad y profesionalidad de todo el personal, que nos hizo sentir como en casa desde el primer momento. El hotel es precioso, muy cuidado y transmite una sensación de lujo en cada detalle.

En general, la experiencia fue muy positiva y volveríamos sin dudarlo.

Cons:

Como aspecto a mejorar, el desayuno podría ser algo más variado o de mayor calidad. Además, en el comedor hacía bastante frío, lo que hizo que el momento del desayuno fuera un poco menos agradable.

Tranquilidade e viagem no tempo
Pros:

Adorei a decoração simples e bem integrada na parte histórica do hotel. Adoramos a piscina exterior com água aquecida. Os jardins também são muito agradáveis para passear ou apenas descansar. A antiga casa de chá ficou muito bem remodelada e muito acolhedora. Não esquecer ainda o conforto do quarto, excelente. O pequeno almoço é simples mas delicioso.

Cons:

Banho turco estava a precisar de ser higienizado. Algumas partes do jardim que poderiam ter mais atenção (relvado demasiado grande). Casa de brincar das crianças com teias de aranha e brinquedos disponíveis incompletos: por exemplo, a pequena cozinha não tinha utensílios, o que perde a graça.

Atendimento, funcionários, estética, limpeza, comodidades do hotel, piscinas, spa, beleza do hotel e jardins. Tudo muito bem cuidado, parabéns!

Cons:

Restaurante do hotel, heritage. Pouca comida, demasiado cara para a quantidade e não muito boa comparado com os restaurantes na rua em que se come muito melhor por menos.
