Nicely located apartment in Ichigaya
Pros:

Very nicely located apartment near Ichigaya station. It provides a very quiet and comfortable environment to stay and sleep. Even if we didn't use the kitchen it was nicely equipped. It was a really pleasant experience and when I need to go back to Tokyo in a few years I will check this location in priority!

Pros:

Very clean and comfortable apartment. A bit tight for 5 but still ok for 4 nights. Very well equipped:). Location is perfect, very close to metro station to visit the city.

Cons:

Maybe to add an extra chair if you are 5 people.

Great location, very clean with some disadvantages.
Pros:

Location is perfect,
Room is very clean,
Facilities are fair enough.

Cons:

There is no elevator. If you have haavy luggages, it is a big problem.

There is 1 double bed in the room. But it is very small. İf you are more than 2, one of them must sleep on floor mattress.

There is a washing machine but old fashion. There is no dryer. So that you it is not easy to dry your clothes after washing.

Good value, good location for exploring Tokyo
Pros:

The location is convenient as the train station with many lines is nearby. The room was spacious and clean, and it felt secure.

Cons:

We booked two rooms - the one on the ground floor did not have a window that could be opened which is a minus ventilation wise

Compact, clean and convenient apartment in a quiet corner of Tokyo
Pros:

Modern apartment in a quiet and safe location. Self-check-in with a keycode to enter the main door and a keylock for the apartment key. Clean and convenient.

Cons:

The kitchen was not as well-equipped as you might hope if you wanted to prepare your own meals. We did not cook, so it was not a big deal for us.

Not a hotel, good location but lacking reception and lift.
Pros:

It was in a central location. The apartment was recently refurbished with fridge and washing machine.

Cons:

It’s not a hotel. It’s a flat. Theres no reception, no cleaning during the stay. It shouldn’t be called a hotel. Also we were at the 3rd floor with no lift. Someone less able wouldn’t be able to take luggages up a very narrow staircase.

Small, but very nice and clean apartment for a good price
Pros:

Super clean, in a good location in the city, very detailed description how to find the appartment, basic, but sufficient kitchen equipment.

Cons:

One night some neighbours were loud until late at night, wich was disturbing.

It was a nice building and property

Cons:

The photo shows two beds, but in reality we were given only one. The advertising may be misleading because it confuses customers regarding what they are actually going to receive.

場所と清潔感はよい。運営の外国スタッフは改善余地あり
Pros:

ロケーションか素晴らしい。近くにあるファミリーマートは大きく、何でも揃う。部屋は清潔感がある。Wi-Fi速度も速い。

Cons:

・備品の準備が人数分されておらず、タオル等を自分で買いに行かねばならなかった
・バスマットやスリッパ、寝具などが不足しており不便を感じた
・緊急で電話をしたが外国人の電話対応で日本語が辿々しく正確な意思疎通できず不安を覚えた
