Pros:

value and size of the room are good, great location for working this side of the river.
efforts have been made to give the visuals an enhanced look

Cons:

everything is broken, holes in the ceiling and reception desk broken
carpets dirty, hence why everything is marble type floor
food is average at best, nice its included but no vegetarian options, desert is cut up cake and limited choice.
if you are going to include food, give people a bit of choice!

the door to my room, didnt lock the first day

all the doors have closing springs that are so tight every door slams which isnt great when you are trying to sleep or if you are pulling suitcases through

i can see they have tried to make an effort, but they need to get the basics right first.

Falls far short on the important details.
Pros:

Convenient location for Glasgow. Easy motorway access.

Cons:

The food. The food. Dinner was a buffet, sort of, if you consider rice, roast potatoes, glazed carrots and two dishes that were supposed to be chicken, with profiteroles and cake a buffet. Breakfast was no better.

Not good value for money
Pros:

The bed was comfy and had a nice view that overlooked the bridge

Cons:

We were told check in was 2pm but when we arrived to check in we were advised check in was from 3pm.
The WiFi connection was very poor and we were advised that it was because of the type of building so we only had access to limited channels despite it being a smart tv.
Our hot water and the power on the shower was disappointing. We also noticed that the drawer on the dressing table was broken but a member of staff had tried to disguise this with placing a chair against it to stop it from sliding open.
We were on the 5th floor and were woken up by the noise of the lift and people in the corridors, next door and above. The walls are very thin so noise is easily heard in the room.

No volveré ni lo recomendaré a nadie, si no lo contrario

Cama amplia

Cons:

El trato de del personal lo peor, la señora de recepción, ningún interés por hacerse entender, nada de empatía, no nos hicieron la habitación y al día siguiente lo comentamos y le dijo que era lo que había que si quería unas toallas y nada más. Nunca he visto una persona peor.
