1-الاهتمام بالأطفال اذ يقدمون مستلزمات شخصية كاملة في الغرفة للطفل مثل شامبو وكريم وسليبر.
2-نادي للأطفال يقيم أنشطة يومية بأوقات مختلفة.
3-السرير مريح.
4-عازل الغرفة جيد.
5-الموقع.
6-النظافة بشكل عام.
7-طاقم صف السيارات يتعامل بمحبة وود.
8-التكييف (بعد إصلاح الخلل).

اعتقد أن الفريق القائم على إدارة الفندق يفتقد للاحترافية ويتسبب بنفور العملاء للأسباب الآتية:

1-بطئ شديد في تلبية الطلبات: طلبت ارسال شخص لفحص تكييف الغرفة فحضر بعد نصف ساعة تقريبا وكانت الغرفة حاره جدا وللتو وصلنا ليلا نبحث عن الراحة، الطلبات في المطعم للإفطار تستغرق الكثير من الوقت.
2-عندما تحجز غرفة في فندق تفترض انك ستتمتع بجميع المرافق منها المسبح الخارجي وكراسي الشمس لكن هذا الفندق يتيح لك استخدام كراسي معينة في المسبح أما الباقي فهي مقابل مبلغ يفوق قيمة سعر ليلة في الفندق نفسه.
3-ردهة الاستقبال مقابل مدخل الغرف في الدور 1 تحتوي على روائح كريهة بسبب وجود مطعم ياباني مقابل مدخل الغرف يفتح بابه بشكل دائم.
4-سعر الفندق مبالغ فيه جدا مقابل الخدمات المقدمة مقارنة بفنادق بذات المستوى.
5-تنظيف الغرف لا يتم بشكل دقيق لكنه بشكل عام جيد.
6-إضاءة الغرفة في الليل ضعيفة جدا وكئيبة.
7-الإفطار متنوع لكنه جيد وليس لذيذ.
8-الشاطئ ليس نظيف توجد صخور كثيرة.

إقامة طيبه كانت بس بالليل ماقدرت انام لان مافي عازل صوت وكل شوي اصحي من أصوات خارج الغرفه وباب الغرف الثانيه يوم تفتح وتغلق . الشى الثاني وقت الفطور كان بسيط إلى متوسط ولكن بشكل عام الموظفين في المطعم كانوا ممتازين في خدمتهم والأكل حلو
