Cleanliness
1
Consistently praised across reviews as very clean/spotless; multiple guests used words like 'spotlessly clean' and 'superlative' cleanliness.
Service
1
Hosts and staff repeatedly described as very friendly, helpful and welcoming; easy check-in and gracious hosts noted.
Location
1
Generally described positively (calm village, good location), though a few mentions: unclear parking signage and early-morning church bells affecting quiet.
Room Quality
1
Rooms praised as modern, cozy and comfortable with good beds, but isolated complaints include the awkward placement of one bed and sound from church bells at 6am.
Amenities
1
Spa/sauna praised and available, but recurring negative mention of slow Wi‑Fi significantly detracts from overall amenities sentiment.
Value for Money
1
Several reviews explicitly noted good value (e.g., 'rapport qualité prix est top') and praised breakfast/restaurant offerings for the price.
Food and Beverage
1
Breakfast and restaurant (pizza, local dishes) repeatedly praised as very good; food highlighted as a strong point.
Overall Experience
1
Overall stays described as excellent by many guests (would return/recommend), but aggregated nuisances (slow Wi‑Fi, occasional noise, parking signage) created a mixed net impression for some guests.

Pros:

Nádherné a čisté ubytovanie. Veľmi milí a ochotní personál a v reštaurácii chutné jedlo.

Cons:

Essere rimasti per pochi giorni 😒

The apartment was bigger than I expected, with spacious bathroom and full-equipped kitchen. everything looks new and sparkling clean! The location is central though the town is small and everything within the walkable distance. The hotel is right next to the Terme Dobrna and the park

There is a wellness with sauna but it wasn't clear how to access it
