Heerlijk centraal en goed verzorgd, we hebben het erg fijn gehad!

De ligging was perfect, alles dichtbij.
De Voorzieningen waren erg goed, alles was er goed verzorgd en het Gion breakfast was ook erg lekker, maar misschien niet voor iedereen.

Cons:

Geen smart tv, dit was fijn geweest om voor het slapen nog even te kunnen ontspannen na de volle dagen.
En de kamer was wat stoffig, boven op de airco en op de tafels.
Voor het ontbijt had ik liever verse koffie gehad en geen oplos koffie.

Pros:

Traditional style house, great location. Good to have 2 separate bathrooms.

Cons:

Futon mattresses v. thin. Only had 4 chairs ( we were 5 people) and there was limited crockery in kitchen.

I had a great stay, and would absolutely consider staying again.
Pros:

Comfortable beds, spacious restrooms by Japanese standards, extremely quiet premises, and good access to food and things to do for the part of Kyoto we were in.

If ever I go back to Kyoto this is where I’ll stay.
Pros:

The location was PERFECT! Great for exploring Gion and only about a 20 min walk from Kyoto Station. Train station about an 8 min walk away. The staff was very friendly and there was always juice/water available in the dining area. The room was quite spacious.

Pros:

La posizione , la pulizia e il posto vicino alla parte antica e la camera spaziosa!

Cons:

La colazione praticamente o giapponese o cornetti imbustati e del succo di frutta scadente . Colazione servita dalle 7 alle 10 se arrivavi alle 9 non trovavi quasi nulla e non rimpiazzavano i prodotti mancanti .

Great location, excellent staff but unsatisfactory breakfast
Pros:

The location was great, the room was quite spacious and the staff was excellent

Cons:

The lack of furniture in the room (chair & table) and the disappointing breakfast. Also it was strange that we were asked to change towels and empty the rubbish ourselves which really didn’t matter but seemed weird.

Très bon emplacement dans le quartier de Gion, les chambres sont grandes et propres.

Cons:

Le petit déjeuner ne devrait même pas être proposé. Des viennoiseries sous plastique et un plateau avec des produits industriels, je ne recommande absolument pas de le prendre.
Le nettoyage de la chambre n’est pas inclus, il faut payer 2000¥ par jour!
