Most horrible experience I've had on vacation ever

Hotel staff accused me of breaking something in hotel that I did not break charge me $900 AED in order to replace something that I did not break the sink was leaking the molding around the tub was old our air didn't work they came in and said that there was a blockage but still didn't fix it on top of the fact that they called the police on us The warm water in the bath tub would not get warm unless we turned on water in the sink it was a terrible experience I checked out early and paid for it

لما وصلنا الفندق الغرفة لم تكن جاهزة مع العلم وصولنا كان الساعة الثالثة ظهرا وقمنا بالانتظار ما يقارب النصف ساعة وبعد ذلك سلمونا غرفة كانت بالدور الثاني لم تكن جيدة وقمنا بإبلاغ الموظف وتم استبدالها بغرفة أخرى .
