Pros:

Местоположение отеля - самый очевидный плюс. В центре, все в пешей доступности.
Персонал приветливый. Несмотря на скудность завтрака, мы им вполне наедались.

Cons:

Если у вас чуткий сон, лучше бронировать другое жилье. Мы проигнорировали жалобы в отзывах на громкую музыку. Я подумала, что люди преувеличивают. Но нет, и правда было невозможно уснуть. Пришлось закрыть окно и душиться в номере, так как кондиционер не работал. Но и с закрытыми окнами громко, и так продолжается до 4 утра. Спасли только взятые с собой беруши.

The location is excellent, right on Istiklal Street near Zara. The area is very safe, lively, and close to restaurants, cafes, shops, public transportation, and many tourist attractions. Everything is within walking distance, making it very convenient for visitors.

Cons:

The hotel is extremely small, and the spaces are very narrow. Even the elevator can only accommodate only two people. There was no soap or shampoo provided in the room. In addition, the breakfast was very limited and below expectations. Instead of a buffet, a pre-prepared plate was served with a small portion of cheese, one boiled egg, cucumber, tomato, and bread. Due to the small size of the hotel, there is no space for a buffet. Another inconvenience is that taxis cannot reach the hotel entrance directly because of its location on Istiklal Street, so guests may need to walk with their luggage for some distance.

Only the location is worthy. Nothing else.

Rooms are not very clean. First night we found insects inside.
The AC doesn't work all the time, and it gets very warm during the night. Opening the windows is not an option as the club next door is super loud.
The sound isolation is also not very effective.
Bathroom is so small that when using the shower, everything gets wet.

Отель уютный, хорошее расположение. Чисто в номере, вай фай в нормальный, полотенца и постельное белье свежее. До станции метро и остановки трамвая пешком примерно 15 минут. Цена соответствует качеству.
