Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The staff were very accommodating, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the service was excellent. Also, we enjoyed the pool and their sauna station. Highly recommended.

Cons:

Only one of the telephones and one of the key cards in our room were not working during our stay. Since we booked two rooms for our family, we were still able to use the telephone from the other room. Regarding the key card issue, the staff immediately assisted us and explained what we could do. But overall, we had a great time staying here!
