La posizione e la dimensione molto spaziosa

Cons:

Purtroppo per motivi di ospiti precedenti che probabilmente hanno lasciato briciole e dolciumi, ci siamo trovati la suite invasa di formiche

We had a great time in Cannes, made even better by the tranquility of this hotel and the kindness of the staff.
Pros:

Modern, clean and very quiet. Staff were exceptionally friendly too.

Good but unlikely to make a return visit
Pros:

The property is nicely appointed with good amenities and large rooms.
It is around a 20 minute walk from the main area of Cannes where most restaurants/cafes are situated.

Cons:

Overall, I wouldn’t stay at MobHotel again. The property is overpriced for what it delivers.
There are issues with cleaning (our room had ants and when we informed the reception staff, they seemed rather unbothered by the situation and stated housekeeping would come to lay repellent which never happened).
Our room also lacked a lot of equipment in the kitchen area (the only item was available one mug).
We also had issues with towels (both room and pool) not being available on one day which was a shame.
The shower also tends to flood the bathroom when used which is a little frustrating.
Although not a fault of the hotel, it would be worth noting for future guests that the hotel pool is in the shade all day (we stayed at the start of September) due to high surrounding buildings.

Overall, we found that these small issues made our stay less comfortable and are ultimately the reason for the rating.

En realidad no nos gustó nada, pero si tengo que destacar algo es la atención de los dos hombres que nos atendieron que fueron muy amables.

Todo. No nos gustó absolutamente nada. NO ES UN HOTEL, SON APARTAMENTOS. El parking que dicen que tienen es para coches pequeños. El estado de las instalaciones dejan mucho que desear, las paredes están rotas, todo sucio. La habitación sucia, con un olor horrible. Tienen dos alfombras y un sofá que no se han limpiado en años . Las instalaciones están muy mal cuidadas y se nota que es muy antiguo. Le quieren limpiar un poco la cara poniendo las fotos y teniendo “ el comedor” con muebles un poco modernos pero a lo cutre. El desayuno espantoso, pobre. La verdad que una verdadera pena. Pagamos por 1 noche 310€ y por el estado,nos pareció un robo. No lo recomiendo para nada. La piscina estaba sucia todo mal cuidado y las fotos de la hamacas, es una foto porque en la realidad no están ni existen esas hamacas. Hay unas con rayas blancas y amarillas que es mejor tumbarte en el suelo que ahí encima para tomar el sol. Y en la terraza no puedes ni desayunar ya que está llena de palomas que se suben en la mesa y te cogen la comida del mismo plato. La verdad una pena. Tendríais que quitar en el anuncio lo de HOTEL Y PONER APARTAMENTOS.

Das große Zimmer, die Nähe zur Bushaltestelle, ruhige Gegend, das Frühstück und größtenteils das nette Personal.

Cons:

Im Badezimmer sind zu wenige Handtuchhalter und zu wenig Ablagefläche. Für die Kleidung wären ein paar mehr Bügel sinnvoll.
