J ai aime l’accueil du personnel et sa sympathie

Pas de volet et des rideaux dans la chambre ce qui laisse passer le jour donc vous serez réveillé très tôt. Bruit de la route assez important du côté de notre chambre. . Pas de télévision. Pas de petite bouteille d eau en arrivant dans la chambre il faut
les achetez à la réception. Nous sommes arrivés à 10h le samedi matin pour profitez de la ville avons laisser le véhicule au parking de l’hôtel et nous sommes repartie le lendemain à 8h du matin. Même pas 24h dans l’hôtel et on nous facture 2 nuits à 52 euros. Petit déjeuner très limité pas trop de choix pas d œuf brouillés , pas de pan cake ni crêpes. Pas d orange pressé juste du jus en bouteille … pour la piscine il y a que 6 transat pour tout l’hôtel donc pas de place. Le personnel est très sympathique et accueillant mais cela ne suffira pas malheureusement.. je trouve le prix élevé pour les services proposés ….

Comfortable stay with a great, relaxing room.
Pros:

Room was extremely spacious and very comfortable, especially travelling with a ~5 year old. Staff were very polite and accommodating. Pool was the perfect size and the midday/noon check-out alleviated that morning rush to finish packing!

Cons:

Breakfast wasn't what we'd expect from a 4-star hotel. Quite limited and not much variety, especially for children.

YOU CAN HEAR EVERYTHING
Pros:

Staff was extremely kind but you can literally hear everything always. The fridge makes this loud noise every couple hours and woke us up in the middle of the night two times.

Suite splendide e personale eccezionale!
Pros:

Hotel completamente ristrutturato, moderno e curato nei dettagli. Le suite sono enormi, grandi come appartamenti, molto pulite e davvero confortevoli. Angolo cottura con piccolo frigorifero smeg. Letto comodissimo e bagno molto spazioso e funzionale. Tutto il personale è stato estremamente gentile e disponibile; un ringraziamento speciale al signore che ci ha accolto al check-in, davvero super disponibile e professionale. Ci ha anche consigliato ottimi ristoranti in zona, permettendoci di evitare le classiche trappole turistiche. La posizione è ottima: zona tranquilla di Cannes, ma comunque raggiungibile a piedi dal centro in circa 20 minuti.

Cons:

L’unica piccola nota negativa riguarda il parcheggio e le modalità di accesso. Il sistema spesso non riconosceva la nostra targa e il cancello non si apriva, costringendoci a contattare ogni volta la reception. Il personale è sempre stato molto disponibile nell’aiutarci e alla fine ci è stato fornito un codice per entrare e uscire, ma considerando il prezzo del parcheggio al giorno, migliorerei assolutamente questo aspetto per rendere l’accesso meno stressante e più pratico.
Aggiungerei anche un cestino in più per la spazzatura, dato che l’unico che c’era era in bagno ed era minuscolo.
