Apart H900 - Zakopane Tatra View

I stayed at this property for seven nights and, unfortunately, I regret choosing it. My experience fell well below expectations for several reasons:
1. Lack of communication from staff: The contact phone numbers provided for guest communication were effectively unusable. Calls went unanswered and messages received no response throughout the stay.
2. Inadequate sleeping arrangements: I booked accommodation for three guests for seven nights. However, no bedding was provided for the third person, and the sofa advertised as a sofa bed was in very poor condition. It was uncomfortable to the point that the wooden frame could be felt through the surface, making it unsuitable for sleeping. We ultimately had to purchase an inflatable mattress ourselves.
3. Non-functioning Wi-Fi: The Wi-Fi service did not work at all during our stay.
4. No heating available: After returning from hiking in rainy conditions, we were unable to dry our clothes and shoes because the heating in the room was not operational. All radiators remained cold and could not be turned on. The air conditioning unit provided limited help, but it was not an adequate substitute.
5. Inconvenient parking arrangements: Parking was located approximately 150 meters away from the property, down a steep hill, rather than at the facility itself. Although we had an assigned parking space, local residents repeatedly occupied it, requiring us to ask them to move their vehicles.
6. No staff presence on site: During the entire stay, there were no staff members available at the property to assist with any issues or questions.
7. Insufficient basic supplies: Even basic necessities were not adequately provided. For three guests staying seven nights, only two rolls of toilet paper were supplied, with no replenishment during the stay despite the length of our booking.
Overall, this experience was disappointing and did not meet reasonable expectations for guest accommodation.

First of all, very bad communication from the staff. I booked my stay on the same day I was staying, I’m doing that often and never had a problem. This time, I didn’t receive any information about check in until 5pm (I made reservation at 11:30-12pm), even though check in is from 4pm. I even called given number multiple times with no answer, wrote messages with no answer. After finally receiving check in info, called different numbers I was given to arrange keys. One of the numbers was turned off, the other only answered after 7 missed calls. Also during my stay I message property through booking, didn’t wrote me back. Never had this bad of communication from property on booking. Definitely needs improvement.
There’s no washing machine neither in apartment, nor anywhere in the building. We came for 4 nights, hiking everyday, we desperately needed to wash clothes, had to go to the store to buy some socks and tshirts..
Also, the heating in the bathroom doesn’t work, impossible to dry towels or clothes after we got stuck in a storm at one of the hikes. Moreover, the apartment itself was quite cold, the ac didn’t have heating option.
The walls are paper thin, you can hear everything from neighbouring apartment.
The spa area is good, but it needs to be cleaned more often, as well as communal starecase. A lot of guests disregard spa area rules (no childrens, sauna and jacuzzi was use for 2 hours by one family with small children).

Neveikė televizorius ir pranešus savininkei jis taip ir nebuvo sutvarkytas.

Paminėta buvo,kad bus tualetinis ir rankšluoščiai,bet atvykus radome viena rankšluosti ir viena tualetiniaus ritinėli 3 žmonėm 5 naktim,du kartus parašeme sake atneš,bet taip ir negavom.
Jakuzi reiktu pakeisti vandeni,sporto salėje neveikė puse treniruoklių.Parkingas nuo apartamentu už ~200m,privažiuoti iki apartamentu praktiškai neįmanoma,nes kelias blogos būklės ir status kalnas.Apartamentuose nebuvo nei rankšluoščių,nei šluotos.Per 5d niekas kambario netvarkė,o patys turėjom galvoti kaip sutvarkyti,nes kaip ir minėjau nebuvo palikta jokių priemonių.Tualetiniu,rankšluoščius pirkomes iš savų pinigu,nors aiškiai pažymėta,kad bus.

Some minor things, that could be maintained better like shower cap, bulp, door handle, kitchen equipment (like knife missing). Wifi was not working

Nebuvo internetinio ryšio, negalėjome prisijungti prie Wi-Fi. Neveikė kondicionierius. Negalėjome susisiekti su savininkais ir išspręsti šių problemų, nes duotu telefono numeriu negalėjome prisiskambinti, niekas nekėlė ragelio.

Odpadające klamki z drzwi, pani w rozmowie telefonicznej powiedziała; myślałam, że nie będzie Wam przeszkadzać!
Brak Internetu, zmiana haseł itd. Po paru dniach właściciel bądź osoba z administracji powiedziała, że nic już z tym nie zrobi!
Kolejna sprawa lecąca umywalka w łazience!
Tak po za tym podanie mojego prywatnego telefonu do fachowca w celu umówienia spotkania na naprawy…! Jednym słowem: Tragedia !!!
Wtargnięcie do apartamentu bez naszej zgody oraz podczas naszej nie obecności w apartamencie!!!
Na koniec brak odpowiedzi, odbierania telefonu, itd…

The location is a bit far from the main attraction and includes climbing massive hill but uber services is super cheap so it was ok
