Pros:

The location was excellent. The apartment was compact and well furnished. Parking was a added benefit.

Cons:

The staff seemed distant and aloof, boarding on rude. We had to ask for dishwasher tablets and washing powder as it wasn't included in our apartment.

Obsługa apartamentu była bardzo pretensjonalna i na niskim poziomie komunikacji.Szczytem małostkowości było pretensjonalne sprawdzanie apartamentu przed oddaniem nam kaucji w kwocie 200zł.Młoda Pani z recepcji stwierdziła,że musi sprawdzić czy nie były palone papierosy mimo że byliśmy z małą córką i zapewnialiśmy że nie palimy.Poczulismy się jak dzieci z podstawówki które przepytuje Pani pod toaletą szkolną.Totalna żenada ,brak wyczucia i małostkowość.Dużo podróżujemy z rodziną i pierwszy raz zostaliśmy potraktowani w taki sposób.Nie polecamy.

Sijainti vanhan kaupungin ytimessä oli todella hyvä! Huone oli tilava ja kivasti sisustettu.

Ongelmatilanteissa asiakaspalvelu oli huonoa ja vähättelevää. Emme saaneet saapumisiltana huoneeseen avainta vaan meidän piti soitella usean ihmisen kanssa ennen kuin avain tuotiin meille melko pitkän odottelun jälkeen. Asiaa ei pahoiteltu vaan annettiin yleisiä selityksiä. Emme saaneet minkäänlaista hyvitystä asiasta. Huoneessa piti olla parivuode mutta todellisuudessa meillä oli kaksi pientä sänkyä vierekkäin siirrettynä. Sänky oli kahdelle hengelle hyvin epämukava nukkua. Huomautimme asiasta henkilökunnalle mutta asiaan ei reagoitu mitenkään. Pyytäessämme huoneeseen lisää perustarvikkeita, ne usein unohdettiin eikä niitä tuotu huoneeseen ollenkaan.

Pros:

Loft on 4th floor perfect even for family with kids. The best about the facility is the location. You are 30 meters from the historical downtown, yet the rooms face silent park.

Pros:

Viešbučio vieta puiki – daugumą lankytinų vietų galima pasiekti pėsčiomis. Artimiausios yra vos už 3 minučių kelio, o toliausiai esančios – maždaug už 8 minučių. Didelis privalumas – automobilių stovėjimo aikštelė. Nors pusryčiai tiekiami ne pačiame viešbutyje, o šalia esančioje kavinėje, jie buvo labai skanūs, sotūs ir tikrai verti dėmesio.

Cons:

Kambarys buvo jaukus ir gražus, tačiau jautėsi, kad jam trūksta priežiūros. Vietomis buvo matyti voratinklių, o sofa buvo šiek tiek nusidėvėjusi – tai smulkūs dalykai, kuriuos būtų nesunku sutvarkyti. Lauke buvo karšta, o kambaryje taip pat buvo labai karšta, todėl būtų pravertęs oro kondicionierius arba geresnis vėdinimas. Taip pat susidarė įspūdis, kad komunikacija tarp personalo nėra pakankamai sklandi – problemas pavyko išspręsti, tačiau reikėjo ilgai aiškinti situaciją. Atvykus vėliau vakare tai galėjo būti dar sudėtingiau, nes tuo metu vietoje nebebuvo darbuotojų.

Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely stay here again.
Pros:

The apartment was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The room was well equipped, and having everything available made us feel right at home.

The location was excellent, with many attractions and restaurants within walking distance. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and the electronic door lock was very convenient.

We especially appreciated that the staff stored our luggage for several hours after check-out, which allowed us to enjoy the city without carrying our bags around. It was a small gesture that made a big difference.
