Pros:

Big room with well-equipped kitchen. Very nice pool area with a possibility to sit on a nearby terrace overlooking the pool.( I only got one photo of it) Another plus is that you can use the pool at night without any problems, which is not always the case for other hotels so that’s a big plus. The place is clean and the owner is really kind ( she even gave us flip flops after I damaged my shoes on the last day). Good wifi. Location is near 7-11, a laundry place and a couple of food and coffee places. Other attractions are around 20 minutes walk from the hotel.

Cons:

Do not book here. We booked 3 nights and had to leave after the first night because it was so bad. We are currently fighting Booking.com for a refund because the property refuses to cooperate.
We booked this place specifically for the pool, which is advertised as "open year-round." It was completely green, hazardous, and "closed for maintenance"—though it clearly hasn't seen any actual maintenance in a long time.
We arrived very late in the evening and didn't have the energy to check everything right away. But when we woke up in daylight, we saw how incredibly dirty, unhygienic, and poorly maintained the room actually was. There were stains everywhere, mold, insects, and hair in the bed (I've uploaded photos).
When we shared all of this with the host, they completely ignored us. After we chased them for a response, they literally replied with just "Thank you" and did absolutely nothing to help.
The host is totally unresponsive and the property is a health hazard. Save your money and book somewhere else in Chiang Mai.

Really good for the price you pay
Pros:

A spacious room with a kitchenette. Perfect for longer stays. Good value for money. Nice neighborhood.

Cons:

One day there was no electricity, no wifi and no running water for 6 hours without any notice in advance.

Logement sympa au niveau rapport qualité/prix.
Pros:

On a bien aimé la superficie de la chambre avec la grande salle de bain, très pratique d’avoir une petite cuisine. La piscine est bien sûr un plus !

Cons:

Dans la cuisine, on a eu énormément de fourmis et sortes de nids de fourmis aux plafond (elles ne venaient pas trop dans la chambre). Au niveau personnel, on a pas trop su répondre à nos questions quand on réussissait à croiser quelqu’un… Emplacement un peu loin si vous voulez tout faire à pied.

Останавливались в этом отеле — и это был один из самых приятных опытов за всё время путешествий.

С самого первого момента чувствуешь не просто сервис, а искреннее человеческое отношение. Хозяйка — невероятно тёплый, внимательный и отзывчивый человек. Помогала буквально во всём, шла навстречу в любом вопросе и действительно делала всё, чтобы нам было максимально комфортно.

Номер — просторный, огромный, с ощущением свободы, а не “типичного отеля”. Отдельный плюс — pet friendly, для нас это было важно, и здесь к этому относятся с пониманием и уважением.

Территория тоже на уровне: двухэтажная структура, уютная терраса, бассейн — всё продумано и создаёт ощущение отдыха, а не просто проживания.

Расположение — идеальное. Цена — более чем справедливая за такой уровень.

Это место, куда хочется возвращаться.
И которое спокойно можно рекомендовать без единого сомнения.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich, das Zimmer sehr groß mit sehr guter Ausstattung.
