I had a great stay as all my expectations were met
Pros:

The property is centrally located especially if you are attending a meeting at the UN Complex

Cons:

The property met my expectations. A minor issue is its location along a major highway, which may cause some minor disturbance from road traffic. This, however is only an issue to those who are too sensitive to noise

Cons:

Chambre vétuste, vieille avec des barreaux aux fenêtres. Pas de chevet, lampe qui ne fonctionne pas, aucun meuble même d appoint pour poser des affaires.
Salle de bain catastrophique, juste un lavabo degueu, une douche à même le sol collée aux wc minuscule…
Pas de petit dej proposé
Quartier pourri où il n y a rien à faire à part voir des junkies sur les trottoirs…

A comfortable and enjoyable stay, made truly memorable by the warm hospitality and thoughtful amenities.
Pros:

The triple room was spacious and exactly as shown in the photos. There was plenty of room to relax, whether lying on the large, comfortable queen bed or unwinding on the sofa while watching TV.

I especially appreciated the dining table, which made it convenient to enjoy a simple meal after a long day out.

There is also a café located downstairs, perfect for starting the morning with a good cup of coffee.

That said, the bathroom was slightly small, and there was a minor issue with a leaking basin. However, it did not significantly affect my overall stay.

A special thank you to the entire staff team. They were consistently warm, helpful, and attentive—from check-in to check-out. Their kindness and flexibility truly made a difference in our experience.

Cons:

The staircase is quite steep, which may not be suitable for elderly guests or those with knee issues.

Está bien situado si quieres moverte por la ciudad aunque no caminando , la cama es bien cómoda y está limpio .

Cons:

Las habitaciones dan a una calle donde pasan muchos coches todo el tiempo y es bastante molesto.

Super nettes Personal. Sehr großes Zimmer mit guter Aircon. Sauber.

Cons:

Aus der Lüftung im Bad ist permanent Wasser getropft. Sehr unangenehm, da das Waschbecken direkt darunter war.
