The appearance / welcoming room

Cons:

The communication and the failure of management to correct critical issues and the refusal to respond or return calls.. very poor and scamming behaviour..

The unit needs maintenance (Ac) the weather is so hot + AC not cooling.

Good for a short stop over
Pros:

Good location for a short stopover at in Manila. Close to the airport. Rooms are clean and cozy.

Cons:

Rooms are very small and na space to move or place luggage. It’s not super easy to find.

Really disappointing experience to the start of our Holidays in the Philippine's.
Pros:

The hosts failed to get the Pass Code to us before we arrived as they did not send it via Bookings but via Whatsapp, we then had to get the Security to call the host who took forever to answer the repeated phone calls, they then gave us an incorrect pass code with locked us out for a further 1/2hr whilst the keypad reset, all this was fun since being on the road since 4.45am and not getting into our room until after 7pm to then find that the beds where built for Midgett's, really disappointing experience to the start of our Holidays in the Philippine's.

Pros:

Easy check-in and check out. The beds are comfortable. We stayed for 1 night only but if given a chance i would choose to book again .

Cons:

The airconditioning maybe needs cleaning maintenance, its not getting cold even if we set it up to 17 degress celcius.

studio tout confort sécurisé
Pros:

très pratique pour une ou deux nuits près de l'aéroport et du centre commerciale
la réception très sécurisée

Cons:

vue imprenable mais pour horrible car c'était au 16eme étage avec un tout petit balcon

Light and bright
Pros:

The room was bright and clean, loved the lobby music vibe. Close to convenience store and restaurants. Happy it also had a small balcony for fresh air.

Nothing really, the room was a little small but it was fine for a short stay.
