beautiful stay in the quieter part of Miami Beach!
Pros:

Great apartments - clean and very modern. They are equipped with all you need for a stay. It is in the north of Miami Beach - which we loved as it was quieter and a lot more chilled. Pool was good, easy to get a sun lounger. We enjoyed a morning at the private beach - just a small walk from the apartment blocks - which was lovely. Yes Cafe and pizza shop round the corner too which were delicious! Takes about 20/25 minutes in uber to get to South beach, airport or Miami city centre!

Cons:

Only thing I’d say is the bar is only open Friday to Sunday which was disappointing - we were looking forward to having a frozen Pinã Colada! But apart from that - nothing else to say!

It was spacious and the rooms were nicely spaced apart. Kitchen was well stocked. Amenities were good. We used the pool, gym, co-working space and all were great. the property is in great condition. the pool is great and was heated.
I havent stayed at North beach before but its a nice spot and given we travelled with a baby it was a more relaxed location for our needs. WHoever responds to the messages was very repsonsive.

Cons:

To be honest, everything was good. the only issue was they delivered 10 instead of 20 coffee capsules, and they tried to rectify but we just didnt get around to arranging for them to be dropped off.

The apartment was excellent. Clean, tidy, good quality appliances and accessories. Loved the balcony.

Cons:

Early check in and late check out system is kinda of a joke. As soon as I received a message asking if I wanted a late check out, I replied that I wanted to leave at 2 pm (this was a day before our departure). I received the approval for late check out the same day I needed to leave at 920 am, which kinda beats the purpose of the late checkout.

If you don’t mind construction noice and dust it’s good place to stay .
Pros:

New, clean , nice pool area, short walking to the beach, walking distance to the restaurants and stores , meter street parking available .

Cons:

Property itself no complains except very poor acoustic windows and walls and with nearby heavy construction going on was really hard to sleep at night sometimes because they were working some nights as well, using heavy construction equipment and I believe for next few years that’s gonna be a bit of the issue there since another 3 properties very close by ready to start to build , so the noice and the dust from the construction going to be there for while . So if u looking for quiet vacation place it’s not the spot.
