Great apartment room and a lovely host in a nice neighborhood
Pros:

Carole is a wonderful host. She was always in contact with us before the arrival and hospitably greeted us. She was helpful and friendly and we spoke a lot about everything.

The apartment is spacious and beautiful. You rent a room in Carole's apartment. It's organized as a hotel room, with your own shower and toilet and all necessary toiletries, towels, and sleepers. There was a bottle of water and cookies waiting for us, which was lovely. The room has an AC, which was salvation for us during the 40°C heat wave. The apartment is located in a nice complex and a calm area in a walking distance from the metro.

It's definitely a recommendation!

Nos encantó todo, Carol es estupenda mi niña estaba encantada,me dijo mamá es la mejor persona que he conocido es muy buena, amable y simpática.
Estuvimos muy agusto, aprendí mucho en esta estancia, es cómo si te quedarás en casa de un familiar. Ubicación y todo estupendo. Nos preparó una cena maravillosa. Todo perfecto.

I really enjoyed my stay in Carole’s place.
Pros:

Carole’s apartment is very beautiful located in one of Paris’s best suburbs. The room is super clean and quiet. Carole is also the best host ever, she is so friendly and kind heated. She cook me breakfast everyday and invited me for dinner sometimes. We become friends during my stay. I highly recommend this place to anyone comes to visit Paris.

Pros:

Nasza gospodyni zapewniała nam świeże croissanty oraz dobrą kawę na śniadanie, zapas wody mineralnej, jeśli potrzebowaliśmy, kosz ciastek w pokoju.
Zostaliśmy mile zaskoczeni upraniem naszych ubrań po 4 dniach :)

Był to pokój z dużym balkonem, osobna łazienka (prysznic), klimatyzacja z funkcją grzania.
Jeśli ktoś pali - na balkonie wolno palić.
Okolica jest spokojna, cicha, zielona. Jest gdzie wyjść pobiegać, dookoła spoko małych lokali z jedzeniem, sklepy spożywcze, apteki.
Do metra jest bardzo blisko, kawałek dalej przystanek kolejki RER kursującej kursującej m.innymi do Wersalu.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft in toller Gegend
Pros:

Die Unterkunft liegt in einer wunderschönen Gegend. Mit der Metro erreicht man gut alle Sehenswürdigkeiten in Paris. Carole war eine hervorragende Gastgeberin, hat uns jeden Tag ein köstliches Frühstück zubereitet (am Abreisetag sogar um 4:00 Früh) und selbst zubereitetes Abendessen, sofern gewünscht. Die Betten waren sehr bequem und alles ist ausgesprochen sauber.

Je tiens à exprimer ma profonde satisfaction concernant mon séjour avec mon fils. L'emplacement était tout simplement parfait, offrant un accès facile à toutes les commodités, notamment les arrêts de bus et de métro à proximité. Carole, qui nous a accueillis, a été d'une gentillesse exceptionnelle, rendant mon arrivée des plus agréables. De plus, la propreté des lieux était irréprochable. Merci à Carole, qui est une personne exceptionnelle.

Lovely Location in a Shared Apartment in Great Location
Pros:

An absolutely lovely place with a beautiful set-up. Location is ideal for the area. The ability to park is a huge win!
Host responds to messages quickly and is friendly. There are clearly a ton of thoughtful touches, amenities, and offerings as well. My review is limited by the fact that we ended up not staying here due to a last minute onco emergency, but up until then, everything was great!

Cons:

It was a bit of a surprise to us that the person also lives on site; the listing does say shared kitchen so perhaps it is implied but i thought it could also mean other guests could book other private rooms in the space? I realised via the reviews (before i booked) and it seems others had also pointed this out.
Also, there seems to be very kind attitude until you ask to modify or cancel, then it was not so kind. Totally get it; working with the public is hard and people make excuses all the time but kindness is also important for people that are above board. I imagine if you stay here and have no complicating factors, it will be absolutely great!

Pros:

Nous étions très bien accueillis par Carole, elle est très aimable avec un grand cœur. La maison est très propre. Carole a mis à disposition tout ce que on avais besoin.Nous a préparé le petit déjeuner et même le jour du départ nous a préparer le repas de midi ! Nous avons aimé le séjour et notre petite fille aussi! Nous recommandons cet adresse, et remercions Carole pour son accueil ,disponibilité et beux échanges durant notre séjour.

Nice place, very hospitable owner
Pros:

Very nice and comfortable apartment in a great neighborhood. Mrs Kettani was very warm, welcoming and helpful throughout the stay. It was an amazing experience and I would definitely recommend her place.
