Très agréable séjour-étape familial dans cet hôtel
Pros:

- Très bel emplacement, en plein coeur de la forêt
- Equipements très complets, en particulier la piscine découverte et la disponibilité des vélos pour faire des balades
- Chambre très confortable et notamment possibilité d'avoir des chambres familiales
- Petit-déjeuner très complet

Cons:

- Quelques détails sur le service au restaurant (le vin était trop chaud), plats pouvant plaire aux enfants manquants
- Il devrait y avoir davantage de points de recharge pour les véhicules électriques vu l'emplacement de l'hôtel

Struttura immersa nella natura e nel silenzio. Ottimo servizio di noleggio biciclette (anche elettriche) con cui raggiungere il castello di Chambord immersi nella natura e tramite sicure piste ciclabili. Camera comoda e spaziosa.

Cons:

La moquette in camera non è un punto a favore.

Beautiful hotel in fabulous grounds.
Pros:

The hotel is beautiful set in a tranquil green oasis. Our room - Suite Louis 14 - was quite beautiful. Very comfortable super king bed, fabulous work to bring an old building up to modern standards but keep the charm. The tiling was beautiful, the colours fabulous. And there was a dog bed and bowl for Layla. And a lift to the first floor. She’s 14 years old. Happy to go down stairs but nose firmly towards the lift to go back up! Dinner and wines excellent and the staff were absolutely charming. Breakfast very good especially the coffee. Layla was welcome to join us for both.

Cons:

This is a very small thing but the button was missing on our shower that gave the option to choose hand shower or rain shower. Rain shower whether you wanted it or not. I told Reception and I’m sure they will fix it. Everything else was lovely.

Ottima base per visitare i castelli della Loira
Pros:

Location isolata e super tranquilla. in un’ampia radura in mezzo ad un bosco a due passi dal castello di Chambord. Camera spaziosa e pulita. Cena a buffet di ottima qualità ad un prezzo leggermente caro per la zona ma del tutto accettabile.

Cons:

Il menù non è cambiato durante i 4 giorni della
nostra permanenza (quindi ci siamo andati una volta sola). Lo spazio piscina merita più attenzione (bicchieri lasciati dagli ospiti non portati via per 3 giorni, acqua per lavare i piedi all’ingresso quasi stagnante).
