En general básico, la ubicación perfecta
Pros:

He estado dos veces antes de coger un crucero tres noches y después una noche, escogí este hotel porque en vuestra web indica idioma Español, y somos mayores, nadie entiende el Español, dependiendo de la persona de recepción después de no entender traducen con móvil Google, es desagradable no entenderte. el desayuno bufet muy básico y con poco interés de reponer y atender, eso si el zumo naranja es natural, el aire acondicionado en zonas comunes muy bajo, las habitaciones no están mal, la ubicación al lado de la plaza Monasteraki

El servicio ofrecen un idioma que no entiende, nada amables, la cama mejorable y el bufet muy básico y no reponen, el aire acondicionado en zonas comunes casi no existe, en la habitación si funciona, es un 4 estrellas muy justo

Hotel bardzo czysty. Klimatyzacja w pokojach, co super się sprawdza podczas pobytu latem.

Cons:

Jednak co do śniadania to wygląda kiepsko. Bardzo mały wybór. Obsługa która jest na miejscu nie dokłada brakujących produktów np wędlin, serów. Warzywa wyglądały jak z dnia poprzedniego i tak też smakowały. Co do pobytu z dziećmi myślę że ciężko byłoby wybrać dla nich coś do jedzenia.
Panie w recepcji też mało uprzejme. Myślę że to obsługa powinna witać gości a nie odwrotnie

This is a very well located hotel which offers good quality and value for money
Pros:

The location is excellent, especially with the metro line going directly from and to the airport. The hotel is located right across the street from the metro station, and is situated perfectly for reaching the main touristic and shopping areas on foot. The room was quite big, and the bathroom also of good size. All very clean. The AC worked very well.

Cons:

There was noise coming from the street, but during the tourist period, it is hard to avoid.
The hotel had a different name on the facade, so it was a bit confusing to find.
The check-in and check-out times are tight, but luggage storage works without issues.

Ubicación perfecta y personal muy amable
Pros:

Está ubicado cerca de la acrópolis (15-20’ andando) y cerca del barrio de Plaka (10’). Desde la azotea se distingue alguna ruina antigua.
El personal muy amable y pudimos dejar las maletas todo el día antes de ir al aeropuerto.

Cons:

Aunque el desayuno está muy bien esperaba más variedad para un hotel de 4 estrellas.
