It was a beautiful room, just wish it had been easier to find.
Pros:

A very nice room and an excellent location.

Cons:

A renter has to be told that they are not looking for Hotiday Hotel but rather the Royalty Hotel Athens. I don't care that they rent rooms from a hotel and then resell them, but trying to find a hotel that does not exist, late at night, in a foreign country is unacceptable.

Pros:

Angefangen beim freundlichen Personal, über die moderne und komfortable Ausstattung der Zimmer (in unserem Bett hätten auch locker 3 Personen schlafen können!), bis hin zur Sauberkeit und dem völlig ausreichendem Frühstück gab es absolut nichts auszusetzen. Lage ideal im Stadtzentrum - Zimmer trotzdem ruhig! Akropolis vom Dachgarten aus zu sehen und fußläufig erreichbar.

la habitación bien, en general bien, lo mejor la ubicación fantástica

Cons:

desayuno muy básico y no reponían aunque el zumo de naranja era natural, el aire acondicionado en zonas comunes muy bajo no se notaba y hacia mucha calor, y el personal aunque dicen idioma Español no es verdad, con lo cual difícil comunicación

l'accueil du soir et l'emplacement de l'hôtel, proximité par rapport au métro,
vue du rooftop sur l'acropole

Cons:

- sur le site, est valorisé un rooftop, sauf que diner impossible, seulement un verre, et quand nous sommes montés, après avoir traversé une pièce avec stockage meubles, nous avons en effet débouché sur le rooftop avec 2 clients et 1 personne assise regardant son téléphone, n'accueillant pas et ne nous proposant rien.
- chambre donnant sur rue (en soit pas de souci) mais bruyante,
- climatisation qui s'est éteinte (voyant clignotant) en fin de nuit,
- petit déjeuner servi dans une salle à la température élevée, ne permettant pas de rester longtemps profiter du petit déjeuner.

En general básico, la ubicación perfecta

He estado dos veces antes de coger un crucero tres noches y después una noche, escogí este hotel porque en vuestra web indica idioma Español, y somos mayores, nadie entiende el Español, dependiendo de la persona de recepción después de no entender traducen con móvil Google, es desagradable no entenderte. el desayuno bufet muy básico y con poco interés de reponer y atender, eso si el zumo naranja es natural, el aire acondicionado en zonas comunes muy bajo, las habitaciones no están mal, la ubicación al lado de la plaza Monasteraki

El servicio ofrecen un idioma que no entiende, nada amables, la cama mejorable y el bufet muy básico y no reponen, el aire acondicionado en zonas comunes casi no existe, en la habitación si funciona, es un 4 estrellas muy justo

Hotel bardzo czysty. Klimatyzacja w pokojach, co super się sprawdza podczas pobytu latem.

Cons:

Jednak co do śniadania to wygląda kiepsko. Bardzo mały wybór. Obsługa która jest na miejscu nie dokłada brakujących produktów np wędlin, serów. Warzywa wyglądały jak z dnia poprzedniego i tak też smakowały. Co do pobytu z dziećmi myślę że ciężko byłoby wybrać dla nich coś do jedzenia.
Panie w recepcji też mało uprzejme. Myślę że to obsługa powinna witać gości a nie odwrotnie

This is a very well located hotel which offers good quality and value for money
Pros:

The location is excellent, especially with the metro line going directly from and to the airport. The hotel is located right across the street from the metro station, and is situated perfectly for reaching the main touristic and shopping areas on foot. The room was quite big, and the bathroom also of good size. All very clean. The AC worked very well.

Cons:

There was noise coming from the street, but during the tourist period, it is hard to avoid.
The hotel had a different name on the facade, so it was a bit confusing to find.
The check-in and check-out times are tight, but luggage storage works without issues.
