Un buen lugar para alojarse si vas a moverte por el sur de Madrid
Pros:

El fácil acceso desde la carretera, los supermercados y restaurantes que hay alrededor, el acceso automatizado sencillo, el equipamiento general de la habitación.

Cons:

El tamaño de la habitación, mas cercano a la de un hotel que a un apartamento. El escaso equipamiento de la cocina. La ubicación respecto del centro de Parla.

Muy cómodo y limpio
Pros:

La habitación es bonita, espaciosa, bien equipada con cocina, mesa para comer, televisión, nevera, etc.
La cama es muy cómoda.
Todo está superlimpio.
Hay muchos restaurantes cerca.
Hay un parque grande al lado y mucho aparcamiento.

Cons:

El edificio está ubicado en una rotonda por lo que, aunque las ventanas están todo lo insonorizadas que se puede, se sigue oyendo a la gente pitar y dar gritos desde los coches (no es realmente culpa del sitio, pero bueno). No hay metro cerca.

Pros:

La atención recibida por parte del encargado, Ángel.
Puedes entrar y salir sin necesidad de ver a nadie.
Buena insonorización en cuanto a ventanas.
No tienes llave, utilizas código 👍🏻
Si necesitas lo que sea llamas y te atienden.
Rodeado de supers y sitios para comer.

Cons:

El aire no lo puedes poner a la temperatura que quieres, va automático.
Mucho polvo, el suelo muy sucio aunque es agradecido y no se nota. Las pilas del mando no iban, la vitrocerámica está rota por un lateral y me corte sin querer al dejar la compra. Cuidado.
Luego otra cosa que no me pareció bien fue que al llegar el papel que teníamos del WC estaba por menos de la mitad, hasta ahí bien . Pero en el cajón los dos de recambio estaban casi acabados 😅 y si quieres más toallas pues tienes que pagarlas. La nevera hace un poco de ruido también (para el q sea delicado en eso) .

Cons:

El baño se inunda porque las juntas de la ducha no están bien selladas, tuvimos que poner toallas por todo el suelo. Se lo comunicamos, pidiendo si nos podian poner más toallas y en vez de aceptarlo por ser un problema del alojamiento y no de los huespedes, nos dijeron que no, que tenían un coste extra.
