Pros:

Amazing views and central area of the hotel. Well located for the flower sight seeing with ample parking and a short drive.

Cons:

Reception staff weren’t very helpful for room changes to a double instead of single bed, room was looking tired and lots of scuffs on the walls.

部屋が広くて綺麗、スタッフが丁寧、アロマやジュース無料などのサービスが良かった。

Pros:

建築デザインが外観内観共に素晴らしい！ロケーションも良く夜の星空は露天風呂から楽します。バーラウンジもおしゃれ！接客、到着後の飲み物や軽食、和室と洋室に別れた広い部屋も最高でした。

Cons:

お風呂の浴槽を掃除して下さい。至急、対応するようフロントに伝えたので今後は改善されると思います。

We had great time in Furano. Will be back!!!
Pros:

Beautiful location. We took a yoga class that was free at the facility. It was great.
Breakfast was awesome.

Cons:

It would be great to have a restaurant in the facility for dinner. We would enjoy more in the facility not worry about going out to get dinner.
I enjoyed the hot spring. I hoped that the windows could have cleansed so everybody could enjoy the views. I know a lot of bugs come to the windows it is hard to keep clean…..

A peaceful, comfortable stay in a beautiful setting—we’d happily return and recommend it to others.
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay as a family. The hotel was exceptionally clean, beautifully designed, and surrounded by stunning natural scenery that made it a very peaceful place to relax. The views were outstanding, and the location was perfect for exploring Furano. The breakfast buffet was one of the highlights of our stay, offering a refreshing variety that stood out from the typical hotel buffet. Overall, the facilities were well maintained and made for a very comfortable and enjoyable experience.

Cons:

There wasn’t anything that significantly affected our stay. If I had one suggestion, it would be for the front desk to provide more confident local recommendations for restaurants and family-friendly attractions. We asked for some advice and the staff member seemed unsure, but it was only a minor issue and did not take away from an otherwise excellent experience.
