Amazing stay, wonderful staff, delicious food!
Pros:

Everything was perfect! From my beautiful bedroom to the wonderful staff, everything exceeded my expectations.

The food was absolutely delicious, with so much variety every day and at every meal. A big thank you to the chef for the amazing food!

My room was modern, comfortable, and spotlessly clean every day. I slept so well because the hotel is very quiet and peaceful. The staff were incredibly kind, friendly, and welcoming.

I would definitely recommend this hotel. There was also a different show or animation every evening, which made the stay even more enjoyable.

Thank you to the entire team for making my stay so wonderful!

Pros:

We had an amazing birthday trip for my sister with ups and downs, but the General Manager Mr Karim sorted all our issues and made sure we were looked after throughout our stay. Loved the walk in pool rooms 😍 and will surely go back again.

5***** to him.

Drinks were basic and didnt taste good. :(

Tout. Le confort la propreté de l’établissement l’accessibilité à tous les services le personnel mon Dieu nous avons rarement vu un personnel aussi qualitatif nous recommandons 1000 fois et nous y retournerons mention spécial à Ibrahim et Mwanne les meilleurs merci pour tout

I would not recommend this hotel if you are looking for a peaceful, hassle-free stay with service that matches the price
Pros:

Nice rooms, a lovely pool and beach area with comfortable sunbeds. The restaurant staff were friendly, and we also enjoyed the games room and some of the hotel activities.

Cons:

Unfortunately, the reception service was very disappointing. Reported problems were often not resolved, and communication was poor. We repeatedly experienced a lack of hot water and several power cuts. The pool music and some guests could also be very loud.

Sublime hôtel on a passer 7 nuits tout s’est bien passé
L’hôtel est propre la nourriture est bonne et la plage c’est pas l’une des meilleures plage de zanzibar mais ça va
La seule chose qui est dommage manque d’animation à part profiter de la plage et piscine et manger il n’y a rien à faire dans l’hôtel et autour il n’y a rien non plus

Vraiment un belle hôtel hyper bien placé …
Pros:

Un hôtel magnifique, une expérience exceptionnelle !
L’hôtel est vraiment superbe, avec un emplacement magnifique qui permet de profiter pleinement du cadre et de la beauté de Zanzibar. La literie est au top, la chambre confortable et très agréable.

La restauration est également excellente, on y mange très bien, avec une belle variété de plats.

Mais ce qui fait vraiment la différence, c’est le personnel, toujours aux petits soins, souriant et attentionné. Une mention spéciale à Amir, pour sa bienveillance, sa gentillesse et son attention tout au long du séjour. Une personne qui contribue vraiment à rendre l’expérience encore plus agréable.

Un grand merci à toute l’équipe pour ce magnifique séjour. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir ! 🌴✨

Cons:

Seul petit point à signaler : quelques coupures de courant ont eu lieu pendant notre séjour.
La plage à marée basse qui ne permet pas de se baigner mais qui propose un autre paysage tout aussi spectaculaire .

The hotel is nice

Cons:

First of all, the staff at the reception wasn’t really nice, traveling through the Tanzania, everywhere the customer service was extremely nice and polite, except here. There’s a sewage smell in the bathroom, but really bad smell. The food wasn’t really nice, pizza was really bad. And last, I think it should be written in the hotel information/description that you cannot buy alcohol at this hotel. Definitely would not recommend and would not come back.
