Pros:

Amazing food, friendly staff, beautiful beach and pool.
Lot of activities paddle, kayak, spa and game area for kids and adults.
Special thank for Amir who was really supportive and we really enjoyed our stay and honestly best place to stay in Zanzibar

Pros:

Their staff were extremely nice with the ones at the restaurant doing a surprise for our anniversary.
The food at dinner was surprisingly delicious for a buffet.
Our room was nicely prepared with all the amenities being quite cosy.

Cons:

I would have expected a proper coffee machine at breakfast for a resort of this level.
The treadmills need uphauling as they were jamming hence was unable to use them.

J’ai séjourné dans cet hôtel avec ma femme et nous en sommes très satisfait. Tout est parfait, le personnel est aux petits soins avec les clients ils nous demandent constamment si nous avons besoin de quelque chose. A notre disposition il y a une salle de jeu où on y trouve une PlayStation, un billard, une table de ping pong et un baby foot, il y a également un terrain pour faire du paddle. Le cadre est magnifique rempli de palmier et de verdure, avec vu sur la mer où nous y avons accès, il y a des piscines aux abords des chambres. De plus, l’hôtel est très sécurisé on y trouve énormément d’agent de sécurité
Tout est mis à disposition pour passer un excellent séjour.

Great Experience!!!
Pros:

The Food - Breakfast and Dinner were very good. Rice pudding was great.
The Staff were very helpful and professional (The Manager, People Relations - Evelyn, Food & Beverage Manager, and Front Desk, SPA Manager). They made a big difference in the whole experience. Great Job!!!
The Rooms were decent and beds were very comfortable.

Cons:

Nothing really. Just don't go too late for dinner.

An unforgettable experience for me and my family.
Pros:

This has got to be one of the finest establishments i have ever stayed in. The friendliness of the staff, the quality of the food, the pool in the midst of coconut trees is like something out of a fairytale. I highly recommend staying there for your journey to zanzibar. A very special thanks to Amir who had been incredibly helpful and made a lot of efforts to make us feel at home. Amir and his staff’s hospitality is just unmatched. Thanks again for the unforgettable experience!

Tuvimos prob en el check out..nos cobraron más de lo firmado en los consumos sin darnos explicación ni factura ..la empleada más ando chicle ..super informal ..seguro no volvería ni recomendaría pagar al salir ...el hotel divino Pero no cuidan al huésped en un momento tan frágil como en una salida donde tenés poco tiempo y no tienen resuelto éramos tres y queríamos pagar separado ...horrible impresión

Dry (no alcohol) hotel, very relaxing & quiet vibe.
Pros:

Great pool & beach area, all kept very clean and maintained well. Rooms are nice size & also clean, good showers & bed comfortable enough.

Staff were excellent, friendly & helpful at all times.

Cons:

This is a dry hotel (no alcohol), which wasn’t advertised anywhere on their own website or booking.com. There is nowhere to sit in the evening other than at the restaurant, which you wouldn’t do. Dinner buffet has somewhat limited options & when busy it can be incredibly slow to access the live cooking stations.

Absolument parfait
Pros:

Tout était absolument parfait. L'hôtel, la nourriture, les piscines, la plage, la propreté, l'ambiance et surtout le personnel. Ils étaient tous si gentils et dévoués que c'est vraiment eux qui ont fait de notre séjour un moment inoubliable. Gros coup de cœur pour les membres du personnel suivant: Hidaya, Tuli, Josue, Lucy, Massoudy, Osman et surtout la responsable du restaurant Maryam, son sourire et sa bonne humeur rendaient chaque repas encore plus agréable.Ce sont définitivement les plus belles vacances qu'on ait passé et je rechoisirai cet hôtel sans hésiter. Merci pour tout.

Cons:

Peut-être les coupures de courant assez régulières mais très brèves donc acceptables. C'était juste dérangeant sur le tapis de course pendant le sport et lorsqu'on regardait un film. Mais rien de bien grave car nous savons que c'est très courant en Afrique.

L'hôtel ne propose pas d'alcool. Ce n'est pas un problème en soi, il faut juste opter pour un mocktail à chaque fois mais trop sucrés à mon goût.

Sinon vraiment rien de spécial, tout était parfait
