Comfortable stay
Pros:

Very happy about my stay there. It was clean, I found it a comfortable space to stay in. And if there was an issue, the owner(s) would immediately solve it with professionalism.

Pros:

Propre dans les chambres, équipées, cuisine équipée avec machines à laver. La maison est bien insonorisée. Propriétaire réactif.

La bruit de certains locataires ayant fait une soirée dans la cuisine du rez-de- chaussée

Les lits sont petits piur dormir à deux...même un adulte et un enfant.

Pros:

Even though it wasn't in the city centre, it was very well connected and in a nice street.
It was a very nice experience, the room was quiet, cosy and comfy, and we had everything we needed.
Also, despite not seeing the hosts in person, they were very helpful and sent us all the information we needed in advance.

The best stay
Pros:

All the rooms were exceptionally clean, the beds were comfortable and the kitchen and the bathroom worked perfectly well! Even if it's a bit further from the city center we could get there easily with the metro and bus (especially line 29) which are really close to the house. You can also check in anytime, so there's no need to worry about trip arrivals.I definitely recommend this service!!

Bien calidad precio.
Pros:

La habitación bastante bien, con baño privado y bastante amplia.
Parada de bus justo al lado.
Habitación limpia y cómoda.

Cons:

Hay una ventana justo arriba de una cama, se ponen las palomas a la madrugada y no te dejan dormir con el ruido.
Teníamos la cocina justo en frente y se mete todo el olor de lo que hayan hecho los otros habitantes del edificio en la habitación.
Hay personas en el edifico que hablan fuerte a la madrugada y se escucha.

Très agréable logement !
Pros:

Nous avons aimé les échanges très réactifs et les conseils reçus par mail. Le lieu était à la hauteur de nos attentes, très calme, c'était agréable et très propre, merci au personnel de nettoyage ! La literie était parfaite et le linge de lit et de toilette à disposition. La chambre donnait sur un petit jardin où nous avons pu observer des écureuils, des perruches et des tourterelles. La distance avec Londres par les transports en commun était tout à fait raisonnable et nous a permis de nous y rendre facilement tous les jours. L'eau toujours chaude à la douche a été très appréciée ! 2 cuisines et 2 salles d'eau disponibles ont permis un usage simplifié dans notre organisation. Si nous revenons à Londres, nous souhaiterons retourner dans ce logement !!!

Good value for money, clean and spacious place. Definitely recommend.
Pros:

- I stayed there for a month, so I think I have a pretty good impression of the place. Overall I am satisfied and definitely recommend this place. I would not hesitate to come back.

- WiFi works well, I did not have any issue when I was working remotely.

- The place is clean, the 2 bathrooms, the 3 toilets, the 2 kitchen... The cleaner comes once a day.
- Bedroom was spacious (I had the Deluxe Triple room).

- Heating was working perfectly.

- Lots of things included: washing machine (+ detergent), dryer, kitchen (+ pans, saucepans, cutlery, ...), fridge, freezer, coffee maker, body soap, shampoo. That was extremely convenient!

- Location is quite good for London, at this price. Don't listen to people saying it is too far from the centre, for London this place is considered close to the centre (around 35-40 minutes by bus). If you want to be closer to the centre, be ready to pay the double.

- The owners are very kind and accommodating

Cons:

Not much I did not like about this place, but I have a few suggestions that I think could make this place even better:

- Suggestion: since other guests can sometimes be noisy (obviously not the owners' fault), there should be signs (in the shared places + bedrooms) to remind everyone to respect the quiet hours.

- Suggestion: add signs on the front door asking people not to slam the door, out of respect for other guests.

- Suggestion: stickers with the rooms number on the cupboards, visible from the exterior, in addition to those inside the cupboards

You have to take your shoes off at the bottom of the stairs, which was actually nice. However, sometimes it wasn't really room for all the shoes of the residents.

Für 1-2 Tage ausreichend-für länger leider für uns nichts-da auch die anderen Mitbewohner sich nicht sehr leise verhalte
Pros:

Der Gastgeber war zu jeder Zeit erreichbar,immer höflich und stets bemüht.

Cons:

Die Einrichtungsgegenstände sind nicht mehr so gut in Schuss-eher älter.
Das Zimmer hatte keine Klimaanlage,nur einen kleinen Ventilator-definitiv viel zu wenig für diese Hitze direkt unter dem Dach.
