Genügend Parkplätze vorhanden. Frühstück sehr gut. Produkte von hoher Qualität. Zimmertemperatur angenehm (Zimmer Nr. 1). Klimagerät wurde von mir nicht benötigt.

Cons:

Bestellung des Frühstücks am Vortag. Ist generell nicht so meine Sache, da ich am Vortag nicht weiss, was und wieviel ich essen möchte bzw. aus gesundheitlichen Gründen essen kann. Ich habe aber Verständnis dafür, dass nicht jedes Hotel ein Buffet anbieten möchte oder kann.

Cons:

​ Expérience mitigée. Arrivés par une journée de canicule, nous avons découvert une climatisation hors service. Quel ne fut pas notre étonnement face à la mauvaise foi du responsable, qui a nié le dysfonctionnement au lieu de nous aider.
​Heureusement, nous avons finalement été pris en charge par un collaborateur compétent qui a su régler le problème rapidement en nous changeant de chambre (ou en nous proposant un transfert). Sans cette intervention salvatrice, l'expérience aurait été catastrophique. Je recommande à la direction de revoir ses procédures d'accueil client lors de ce type d'incident.
