Perfect little get away, lovely people, so much to see we need to go back.
Pros:

Beautiful quaint hotel. Lovely staff.
Our room was gorgeous, decor was on point. Little balcony to have your coffee and look over the harbour. Bedroom was upstairs looking over the town and harbour. Bathroom perfect. Clean throughout.
Seagulls a little noisy at times but all part of the charm.
Had a key to the side door so we could come and go when it suited us.
I would definitely go back.

Cons:

It states free parking, there is but you have to get a form from the hotel and find somewhere in a particular zone to park. We stayed 2 days which was okay as that’s the length of the and you have up to 10am on the third day to vacate.
We had read it to think there was a car park. Wasn’t a problem for us, but could be for someone with restricted mobility.

Fabulous location, beautiful accommodation friendly staff excellent price.
Pros:

Perfect view, lovely and clean, prime location. Staff were really helpful, fresh towels when needed and tea/coffee etc. well worth the money definitely go back.

Excellent location but needs upgrade to mach price
Pros:

No Breakfast on Tuesday.

Cons:

Carpets in hallways and stairs were dated and dirty. Room was very warm and no a/c or fan. Bed not great, should be on par with premier inns...bathroom needs maintenance. Toilet flush fitting loose. Bits of black mould in shower.

A gorgeous stay and somewhere we’d happily return to

We had a lovely one night stay at The Marine Hotel & Restaurant and honestly couldn’t fault it.

It was definitely worth the money we paid. The room was beautifully decorated, really clean and had everything we needed. The bed deserves a special mention genuinely the comfiest bed we’ve ever slept in away from home!

The whole place had such a lovely feel to it, and you could tell a lot of thought had gone into the details and décor. We only stayed for one night, but we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back again. Would highly recommend! ❤️

Nice for a one night stay.
Pros:

Room was a deluxe room and it was lovely.

Cons:

Breakfast available from 10am in the week. Too late if you’re planning a day trip or like us heading home with a 5 hour journey ahead. It’s too late for breakfast. Shame as not cheap and Breakfast would have been nice. Think it should be available from 8am. Parking is also an issue. No off street parking. Had to pay for 24 hour parking on top of room rate.
