A beautiful, boutique, small resort experience
Pros:

The property was so lovely, a nice introduction to Oman. Rasha and staff were so polite and accommodating. The breakfast was excellent, the rooms were spacious and clean, and the nearby beach was so nice. The area also has a lagoon with shopping just outside the hotel. I'd highly recommend this hotel for anyone traveling to Salalah.

Cons:

Everything was good, except it could have been more clear that the shuttle from airport was not included.

Staff was extremely attentive and welcoming. All the facilities were top notch. Staff go out of their way to make your stay enjoyable.

Pros:

Spacious room, good location around the marina. Flexible arrangements to use other group hotel facilities in the same complex.

Cons:

The decor was a little tired, and the hotel slightly overpriced. We needed to go to one of the other nearby venues run by the same organisation for breakfast as there was limited choice available in Juweira - although on the positive side this was included in the price.

Decent room but bad experience

Location was good at Hawana, rooms were comfortable

Cons:

The cleaning staff took one of our personal bags and presumably threw it away. I had some plant cuttings which were valuable for me, and they took it without our permission. I informed the reception immediately when I found out and they promised they'll look into it and tell us what happened, but of course the next day the other person at reception was clueless and promised he will inform manager and took my number to update me - they never got back in touch with me nor apologized for this. This ruined my whole experience in this hotel

Pros:

The room is very comfortable, and the breakfast is fantastic. The best part is that we were offered three different restaurants to choose from, which was amazing. Rashs is the customer relations manager. She was a very great and helpful person.
