Lokalizacja bardzo przyjazna, w pokoju było czysto, a łóżko wygodne.

Minusem jest słabe wygłuszenie – było słychać hałas z klatki schodowej, każdy krok i rozmowy. Nie chodzi o remont (na to nie ma się wpływu), lecz o ogólny brak izolacji akustycznej.
