Pros:

清水寺方面の観光地へ行くバス停もホテル近くにあり、京都駅までも苦にならない程度の歩ける距離感で、宿泊費が安いのがよかった。ドリンク（アルコールはないです）が宿泊期間中、何度でもOKなのがありがたかった。部屋自体は広くないが、寝るだけだったので私には充分でした。京都に泊まる時は、また利用したいです。

Très bon séjour dans un hôtel proche de la gare
Pros:

La boulangerie dans l’hôtel et les goodies, les micro-ondes, l’attention portée aux handicapés, le fait d’être proche de la gare et des principaux sanctuaires à visiter mis à part le pavillon d’or.

ベッドが広く、寝心地が良かった。

ベッドの高さが高すぎて乗り降りに苦労した。大きいスーツケースの収納には向いていると思うが日本人向きではないと感じた。

Pleasant stay
Pros:

Walking distance to Kyoto Station which gives a great access to main attractions and sightseeing. Free soft drinks and coffee/tee machines in the lobby. Comfortable bed.

Cons:

700 Yen for the coin laundry is too expensive I think.

Pros:

京都駅からも1kmあるかないかで、徒歩15分程度で行けます。九条駅からは徒歩5分程度とアクセスが良く便利です。近くにローソンやローソンストア100、セブン-イレブン、和食のファミレスもあり便利でした。ロビーはフリースペースになっており、食事やフリードリンクのサービスもあります。部屋も十分な広さで清潔感があり、全体的に満足でした。

Cons:

排水が良くないのか、朝になると洗面所に下水のような臭いが蔓延し、とても洗顔や歯磨きができる状態ではありませんでした。チェックインした時は問題なかったのですが……。

また、夜にフリースペースで、外国籍（中国系）の方が食事を広げ、スマホをイヤホンもせずに大音量で動画などを流していてしんどかったです。ホテル側から注意していただきたい案件です。早朝に外出する際、その方が同じ服装のままボストンバッグを抱えていたので、「もしかして宿泊客ではないのでは？」と感じました。そのあたりの管理体制さえきちんとしていれば、他は文句なしなだけに残念です
