Pros:

Everything about this hotel is amazing. All the staff are friendly and will do anything to make your stay welcoming. Diana is particularly attentive.

I recommend this hotel in Paris. It has everything that you need. We'll be back.
Pros:

Location is excellent. We had a king room with a balcony and we loved it. Hotel has been completely renovated in the inside and it looks beautiful. Facilities are brand new and super modern. Gabriel at the front desk is very friendly. Owner made us feel welcome and she tries her best to make you feel like home. She helped me get out of the elevator one day I got trapped.

Cons:

We got assigned a room that had smoke smell. We asked for a change and Gabriel assigned us another room right away.

Manolita is stylish, quaint and elegant.
Pros:

Manolita is a boutique, calm and very beautiful hotel. The staff especially Gabriel , Dianna ( and their other main person) treat you like family visiting in their grand home. We were grateful for falling upon this thanks to booking. Com.

Cons:

I did not like having to leave the hotel. 😔 It had come to feel like home after a week.

Ich habe über Booking.com 470 Euro für drei Personen bezahlt. In der Buchungsbestätigung ist deutlich angegeben, dass die Buchung für drei Personen gilt. Trotzdem musste ich im Hotel zusätzlich noch einmal 120 Euro für mein Kind bezahlen. Außerdem wurden 23 Euro Steuer berechnet.

Während unseres Aufenthalts war nur eine einzige Mitarbeiterin für das gesamte Hotel zuständig. Sie kümmerte sich um die Rezeption, die Zimmer, die Vorbereitung des Frühstücks und alle anderen Aufgaben. Für das Frühstück musste sie sogar das Hotel verlassen, um bei einer Bäckerei Brot zu kaufen. Die Mitarbeiterin hat sich bemüht, aber eine Person kann nicht alle Aufgaben eines Fünf-Sterne-Hotels übernehmen.

Die zusätzliche Zahlung von 120 Euro war für mich nicht nachvollziehbar, da ich bereits für drei Personen bezahlt hatte und dies auf der Buchung klar zu sehen war. Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt sehr enttäuschend und entsprach keinesfalls einem Fünf-Sterne-Standard.

Unser Aufenthalt im Hotel Monolita in Paris war einfach sensationell! Das Hotel ist wunderschön und mit viel Geschmack eingerichtet – man fühlt sich vom ersten Moment an wohl.

Das gesamte Team war außergewöhnlich freundlich und aufmerksam. Sowohl der Empfang als auch der Service waren herzlich, professionell und jederzeit hilfsbereit.

Auch die Ausstattung hat uns absolut überzeugt: hochwertig, modern und bis ins Detail durchdacht. Dazu kommt die hervorragende Lage, von der aus sich Paris wunderbar erkunden lässt.

Für uns hat einfach alles gepasst. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und können das Hotel Monolita uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Klare 5 Sterne!
