Tout etait bien, la plage, la piscine, la chambre, la situation geographique, le personnel tres agreable

De spiegels zaten onder schimmel, de douche was ook helemaal vol kalk. We mochten niet bij het zwembad liggen met ons eigen drinken. We moesten daar wat bestellen. Wat ongelofelijk duur was. Er was een ober die zichzelf een 15% tip gaf waar we pas achter kwam nadat hij snel was weggelopen. Het ontbijt was zeer slecht je betaalt er voor maar mag alleen kiezen uit ei en pannenkoeken die droog waren. Voor extra dingen moet je minimaal 2 euro meer betalen

Mehr Beach-Club mit Zimmern als ein Hotel mit einem Beach Club
Pros:

- Traumhafte Lage, direkt am Strand. Cafés und Restaurants in Laufnähe
- Gepflegte Anlage
- Tägliches Morgenyoga (haben wir zwar nicht besucht, Angebot aber an auch super)
- Nettes Personal, vor allem an der Rezeption
- Gutes Frühstück mit ausreichend Optionen und frischem Obst
- großes Zimmer mit Balkon mit Blick aufs Meer
- Personal war sehr bemüht die tägliche Flut an Seealgen zu beseitigen ( haben wir so bei den anderen Hotels in der direkten Nähe nicht beobachtet)

Cons:

- Sehr laute Musik ab ca. 11:30 bis Abends. Teils ohrenbetäubend so dass man keinen klaren Gedanken fassen kann. Auf Dauer sehr anstrengend. Klar, es ist auch ein Beach Club, Musik aber dennoch viel zu laut. War selbst noch im Zimmer sehr laut zu hören. Zudem die immer gleiche Playlist. Wir waren deswegen einen GroßTeil des Tages unterwegs und haben das Hotel gemieden.
- Durch den Beach Club kommen auch externe Besucher, während wir dort waren, waren diese sehr raumeinnehmend mit teils unangenehmen Verhalten. Unser Eindruck war, dass es Mia wichtiger war diese externen Gäste bei Laune zu halten als die eigentlichen Hotelgäste
- Zimmerausstattung sehr veraltet, etliche Macken im Raum. Sicherlich kein 4-Sterne Standard. Zahlt man ohne Rabatte ist es definitiv kein gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis
- alles ist überteuert. Es ist günstiger sich einen Transport, Taxi oder auch Fahrräder auszuleihen indem man runter auf die Straße geht als dies über das Hotel zu tun
- Wir hatten Nachts Probleme mit anderen Hotelgästen. Wir konnten niemanden vom
Hotel erreichen und haben erst am Morgen eine Rückmeldung erhalten. Auch das entspricht nicht einem 4-Sterne Standard

Questa volta scrivo una recensione CON GUSTO! Check-in e accoglienza: perfetti! Anche se eravamo un pochino in anticipo, ci hanno offerto il cocktail di benvenuto e dato l'opportunità di usufruire del beach club nell'attesa che la camera fosse pronta. Suite vista mare confortevole e buona colazione non a buffet, ma con un piatto a scelta, oltre a frutta e bevande. Positivamente sorpresi dal dj set che permette di trascorrere una vera vacanza caraibica. Il beach club prevede la consumazione per usufruire dei lettini e della piscina (il braccialetto del resort offre il 20% di sconto). La spiaggia libera, di fianco, è comunque dotata di sdraio molto confortevoli. Risveglio muscolare con il saluto al sole alle 08.00 nella palapa davanti al mare dedicata allo yoga.

Cons:

Piccolo suggerimento: soffione della doccia più grande.

Dj all day from 11-7 and it’s SO loud I couldn’t even think straight or rest. They should really really maybe take
It down a notch. Way too loud for me. Also k hate techno and one day was the loudest most annoying techno music ever. There is no way to truly rest there at all not even in your room.
My bathtub on the balcony was completely visible to anyone so any room by me or anyone on the beach could see me using the bathtub. Plus there was no hot water the entire stay.

Rooms dated, door was broken and wouldn’t close it had to be replaced. Staff in the restaurants are focused on tips, not the best trained. The fact it’s open to the public and not hotel guests maybe a factor.

Wir hatten eine suite mit Meerblick und whirpool auf Balkon gebucht .Also das höchste was es gab...
Die Fenster waren nicht schliesbar, schief und ausgehängt...Man konnte nicht richtig schlafen das Meer war leider sehr Wellengang lustig und es war windig und wurde dadurch leider wieder immer wach... ohrstöpsel halfen dann....
Kaffee wurde nur nach mehreren Aufforderungen nachgefüllt...
Die armaturen waren undicht , verkalkt und nicht gereinigt.
Der Pool auf der Terrasse hatte lose amaturen

Tesiste çalışanlar çok yardımsever, tesiste söylenen tüm olanaklar vardı. Kahvaltısı güzeldi. Odanın manzarası denize bakıyordu. Otel tüm restaurantlara yürüme mesafesinde. Mart ayı dolayısıyla yosunlar hem kıyıda hem denizde fazlaydı. Tesis temizleme işlemini düzenli olarak yapsa da mevsimsel olarak denize girilemez. Özellikle tulum bölgesine gidecekler mart ayı için fazla beklentiye girmesin.

Cons:

Tuvaletlerde çok ağır bir kanalizasyon kokusu vardı. Sanırım tulum bölgesinde altyapısal bir sorun
Bölgede sinekler çok fazlaydı gelirken mutlaka sinek ilacı alınmalı.
