Pros:

Konumu, doğası ve yemekleri çok güzeldi. Çalışanların özverili ve güleryüzlü hizmeti pek çok otelle karşılaştırıldığında hissedilir düzeyde. Ödediğiniz paranın karşılığını gerçekten alıyorsunuz. Özellikle Resepsiyonist Mika hanım ve lobi bar çalışanı Miraç Bey e şükranlarımı sunuyorum.

Pros:

Отель уставший, требуется ремонт. В целом как промежуточный отель на пару дней пойдет, но не дольше

Cons:

Был забронирован номер в видом на море. Дали номер с видом на стройку и горы. Просили с одной кроватью на двоих, дали две раздельные кровати, и как спать с ребенком на двух одноместных кроватях троим непонятно. Так как оплатил номер с видом на море, требовал чтобы поменяли. Поменяли на семейный совмещенный номер, и через дверь между комнатами всю ночь слышал соседей. Очень неудобно, на встречу вообще не идут.

Easter break with family
Pros:

Staff were all very friendly, room was great, fantastic views from resort, food was fantastic both in terms of quality and range. It was extremely family-friendly, which was a relief as I was travelling with a child plus a baby.

Cons:

Pillows were a bit uncomfortable but after speaking to Reception, I was given a different one which was better. Prior to my stay, I tried to speak to someone in English but it was impossible - even after calling the line for English speakers. I didn't get a response to my email either. However, once we were at the resort we had no problems at all re: finding someone who spoke English and all the staff were wonderful.

Pros:

So ziemlich alles war auf einem sehr gutem Niveau. Freundliches Hotelpersonal, meist versiert in mehreren Sprachen. Es wird immer und fast zu jeder Zeit sauber gemacht. Das Essen ist natürlich ein Traum gewesen, üppige Auswahl fast zu jeder Zeit.

Cons:

Hätte mir ein wenig mehr Animationen für Erwachsene vorgestellt. Es war aber auch die Nebensaison im April. Dadurch war der Programm noch nicht vollständig aufgebaut.

Uygun fiyatlı dönemde çok iyi bir otel. Genel olarak 8/10 fiyat performans 10/10 veririm. Müşteri memnuniyeti önemseniyor. Yemekler ve temizlik yeterli. Yeşillik içinde. Türk kahvesi ücretsiz. Kokteyller güzel.

Cons:

Yataklar pek rahat değil. Kapalı havuzu ve spor salonu biraz küçük. Koridorlardan çok ses geliyor her sabah 8 gibi misafirlerin veya temizlikçi ablaların sesinden uyanmak zorunda kaldık.

Overall, everything was great and we really enjoyed our stay. The hotel met our expectations, and the atmosphere was pleasant.

Special thanks to Mila for her kindness and helpfulness — she made our experience even better.

Would definitely consider staying here again.

Cons:

The only downside was that the Roman steam bath was not working during our stay. Hopefully, this has already been fixed.

Хорошее расположение, первая линия к морю. Отель старенький, но ухоженный. Территория отеля небольшая, особенно гулять негде. Большой бассейн открытый, есть спа. Еда была вкусная, не очень разнообразная, но всего хватало.

Cons:

Очень твёрдые неудобные подушки в номере были.

I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel.

I came with my wife and young daughter to enjoy a peaceful and safe holiday in what is supposed to be a 5-star hotel. Unfortunately, the experience was completely the opposite.

While I was at the restaurant getting food, I returned to our table and found one of the hotel staff sitting with my wife and child without any permission. I was told he is responsible for organizing activities (archery), but his behavior was completely inappropriate and unprofessional.

When I confronted him, he laughed and showed no respect at all. This is unacceptable behavior, especially when it involves a guest’s family.

To make things worse, I also found cockroaches in the room, which is shocking for a 5-star hotel.

I reported the incident, but no serious action was taken, which is very disappointing.

This situation caused serious tension between me and my wife and completely ruined our holiday. Even my daughter was negatively affected.

I do not recommend this hotel.

Pros:

Это был 5ый отель за нашу поездку по турции, выбор по питанию просто шикарнейший. Все в меру, выбор огромный, вкусно, не жирно, номера уютные, чистые, был красивый вид на море. По территории гуляют милейшие кролики, наши дети были в восторге. Прекрасный русскоговорящий парень Юсуф на ресепшен, разрешили на час позже освободить номер.

Cons:

Двери когда не полностью закрываешь в номере начинают пищать.
