Lokalita v dochozi vzdálenosti centra a vlakového nádraží. Moderní ubytování, hned po ruce Žabka i restaurace.Parkovani v garážích.Az na parkovací instrukce,super apartmán

Popis, kde zaparkovat byl dost matoucí.Pri použití ovladače se otevřela dokonce dvoje vrata v různých budovách a výjezd šel jen jednosmerkou do vjezdu.Ani označení parkovacího místa nebylo jednoznačne.

Pros:

Szybkie i bezproblemowe zakwaterowane. Bezpośredni i elastyczny kontakt z obiektem. Parking podziemny w cenie obiektu. Bardzo wygodne łóżko.

Cons:

Brak możliwości umycia naczyń w zmywarce ( nie ma chemii do zmywarki ), przydałby się też płyn do mycia naczyń.

Sehr schlechtes Appartment-Flucht ins Hotel war unumgänglich
Pros:

Im Grunde nichts, wir waren sehr enttäuscht und können die positiven Bewertungen überhaupt nicht einordnen, da wir ein Appartement, welches doch schon sehr verwohnt wirkte bekommen haben.

Cons:

Verwohntes, in die Jahre gekommenes Appartement, ein penetranter Orangenduft erwartete uns, sollte wohl irgend etwas überdecken; nahezu sämtliche Möbel, auch im Bad und in der Küche waren abgegriffen, abgenutzt. Außenanlage voller Unkraut lud nicht zum Verweilen ein! Aufgrund des starken Orangen-Geruchs (wir konnten die Quelle des Duftsteins o.ä. nicht ausfindig machen) der schon nach zwanzig Minuten Kopfschmerzen verursachte und aufgrund des schlechten Zustands von Bad und Küche, sind wir noch nachts in eine Hotelunterkunft geflüchtet! Das Appartement erweckte den Anschein, als wenn dies öfters/vormals über einen längeren Zeitraum (Monate, wenn nicht sogar Jahre) an eine Familie vermietet gewesen wäre. Das Hinweis-Schild, siehe nachfolgend, bekräftigt die Vermutung. Im Grunde ist es nicht verwerflich, aber wir verstehen bis heute nicht diese positiven Bewertungen. Gruselig war auch nachts der tief und fest (geräuschvoll) schlafende Wächter im Halbdunkel des Eingangs bei laufendem TV. Passt einfach ins Gesamtbild.
Wenn hier temporär zur Urlaubszeit Appartements vermietet werden, die sonst dauerhaft bewohnt werden, muss man dies zumindest in der Beschreibung andeuten. Das nachstehende Schild bestätigt die Gesamtsituation. Wir haben für alles Verständnis und wünschen uns ein kulturelles Neben- und Miteinander, aber dieser Hinweis fehlt in der Allgemeinbeschreibung und ist wichtig! Aber grundsätzlich handelte es sich leider um ein sehr schlechtes Appartement! Fotos aus der Wohnung ersparen wir uns und leider kann man den penetranten Geruch hier nicht wiedergeben …
