Cleanliness
1
Multiple reviews call out rooms as dirty (tub with hair, soiled beds/pillows, guests moved due to filth) and several note rooms weren’t cleaned or lacking essentials.
Service
1
Several guests praised staff by name (Keke, Teal, Angie, Toby) as friendly and helpful, though some concerns about no on-site staff after hours were mentioned.
Location
1
Consistently highlighted as a strong point: right on/near the beach, close to restaurants and Treasure Island, easy beach access and walking distance to attractions.
Room Quality
1
Mixed: some guests liked spacious corner units, separate bedrooms and comfortable beds; others reported beds caving in, small kitchens, TV or appliance issues.
Amenities
1
Pool and beach access praised (warm/beautiful pool), but guests noted lack of beach chairs, limited parking, no washer/dryer, and minimal supplied items.
Value for Money
1
Several guests commented on good price for a beach location and would likely return, indicating perceived value despite some issues.
Food and Beverage
1
Specific complaints about limited provisions: coffee only for one night, no cream/sugar, no breakfast offered — overall a negative mention in reviews.
Overall Experience
1
Overall impressions are mixed but lean positive for many guests (kids delighted, repeat stays, comfortable beach setup), tempered by cleanliness and parking problems.

Pros:

Pros:

I love the laid back atmosphere of the smaller hotels, and Kimmi made me feel like a old friend from the first time I spoke with her on the phone. She makes you feel welcome right from the first time you talk to her and even after you stay. Looking forward to the next time I stay there..

Very nice and relaxing
Pros:

Like the room for our family and very accommodating

Cons:

Only thing we didn’t like is other guest had people over and they were taking the parking spots in our parking lot. They should be the ones using the overflow parking area and not the ones renting the rooms.
