Fairytale stay
Pros:

The room had 2 huge windows & 2 juliette balconies making it very light and airy but they also had voiles & wooden shutters making it extremely quiet at night. The bed was super comfy with lovely pillows & bedding. 2 armchairs & 1 sofa plus a desk, large lovely wardrobe with glass lattice doors - beautiful furniture! The bathroom was also large with a great shower & another juliette balcony. The staff were excellent, nothing was too much trouble. Going to the next door bakery for breakfast was great! Excellent quality & service, very relaxed

One tiny addition of a mirror in the room would be perfect

Great place to stay right in the centre
Pros:

Good location and nice friendly staff who ere always willing to help. Good breakfast

Cons:

Thought bar prices were quite expensive and while we were there was very rarely used by anyone. Was a little noisy at times on a night but that was due to the World Cup fan zone round the corner

Pros:

Emplacement très proche du centre ville, accueil au top , accompagnement jusqu'à la chambre, verre d'accueil offert, chambre spacieuse et confortable. Petit déjeuner très apprécié dans une petite salle annexe. A recommander sans hésité.

Really great hotel … good breakfast.. nothing to complain except…

Cons:

Extremely noisy inside the hotel … people come and go during the night as well and they have zero respect.. speak very loud and do a lot of noise . I was even hearing music at 1 am . There is no isolation so you can hear everything. It’s really a pity because the hotel is really nice . If you are not light sleeper tho’ go :)

Lovely but noisy
Pros:

We stayed at this lovely hotel for five nights and overall had a very pleasant experience. The hotel offered complimentary wine vouchers, which was a wonderful touch. The staff were extremely cooperative, friendly, and always willing to help. Our room was beautiful and a good size.

The location was perfect. It was within easy walking distance of Alfama, the city center, and public transportation, making it an ideal base for exploring the city.

Breakfast was served in the hotel's own bakery next door. It included everything needed for a good breakfast, and the quality was good. However, the selection was exactly the same every day. Since we stayed for five nights, it became rather repetitive, and some variation would have been appreciated.

Cons:

The biggest downside was the noise. The hotel is located in an old building, and the windows did not block out street traffic very well, so outside noise was quite noticeable. That is probably to be expected in a historic building. More problematic, however, was the music played in the hotel bar and lobby. It started shortly after 7 a.m. and continued until half pat eleven. Somehow, the music carried through the building structure into our room, which meant that we could only really sleep between midnight and 7 a.m.

Despite these issues, I would still recommend this hotel. Overall, it is a charming and lovely hotel.

Beautiful boutique hotel, central in Lisbon 5 ⭐️
Pros:

Loved everything about our stay here. Beautiful boutique hotel with lovely amenities, nice gift on arrival of cakes, fabulous room, very comfortable 6 foot bed, fantastic location, very nice helpful staff. 5 stars 👏🏻 and would stay here again. I would also highly recommend. We used the courtesy vouchers for a complimentary drink at the bar each.

Good location with great access to attractions, bars and restaurants
Pros:

Good location although situated on a steep hill. Our room was excellent but on the top floor so lots of steps. There is a lift but it is very slow. Breakfast was good and they provide a packed breakfast when we were heading off early.

Pros:

Excellent staff, they even understood my Portuguese at reception and arranged a late checkout at no charge. Very well located near the cathedral and Alfama and an easy 10 min walk to the cruise terminal. L

Cons:

This is not a criticism. I don't drink coffee so I would have liked a kettle and teabags in the room. Also, there is no full length mirror in the bedroom, n° 41, only in the bathroom above the washbasin. Very minor points I know.
