Excellent start to finish
Pros:

Very well-kept hotel with excellent staff and the cafe connected right next door was great as well. So friendly and helpful we enjoyed our stay there very much and appreciate the genuine hospitality.

Solid base to explore Lisbon on foot
Pros:

Comfortable room, plenty of space, very friendly and helpful reception team, great location

Cons:

There were a few problems with our room that the hotel team fixed promptly - it would be better if wasn't needed but appreciate the help that we were offered

Strive for Twice Upon Lisboa
Pros:

Centrally located for easy access to historical sights, port and station.
Room was a good size.
Staff were friendly & helpful.

Cons:

Would have liked a fridge in the room.
Breakfast was limited. Only after a few days did we realize there were cereals on offer. Perhaps staff needed to inform us.

Lisboa Chiado
Pros:

Hotel céntrico y bien situado. La cama era muy cómoda, desayuno variado y suficiente. La habitación era amplia.

Cons:

La habitación daba a patio interior con aparatos de aire que hacían mucho ruido, no se podía abrir el balcón. No había ruido en la calle pero en el pasillo había un aseo para el personal y el ruido empezaba temprano. Las habitaciones están en el primer piso y no hay ascensor.

Perfekt!
Pros:

Auch auf unserer Rückreise wählten wir das Hotel und wurden erneut nicht enttäuscht. Das Zimmer war sehr groß und sehr sauber, die Betten von sehr guter Qualität. Tolles Frühstück. Personal sehr freundlich.

Siamo stati davvero bene in questo Hotel nel cuore di Lisbona. Consigliato senza dubbio!
