Pros:

El hotel está muy bien ubicado, la zona es linda y segura, las instalaciones del hotel están muy bien cuidadas, muy cómodo y la comida es deliciosa! Además el personal del hotel es muy amable con todo y nos guiaron muy bien. Estamos muy agradecidos y queremos volver a disfrutar del hotel.

Pros:

Brand new hotel that just opened in December 2025. Spotlessly clean room with great aircon and comfy bedding. Staff was super friendly and helpful. There's music from the rooftop bar area during the day, but it stops way before bed time so evenings are very quiet.

Cons:

The hot water kettle - the water tasted a bit like burnt plastic after boiling. Maybe it's just the one kettle we had in our room?

Beautiful hotel in great location!
Pros:

Great location - we walked everywhere! And the hotel is just beautiful. The staff are super friendly and we really enjoyed our room staying nice and cold so when we came back it was refreshing. It was easy to pop back to the hotel between outings as it was so centrally located.

Cons:

The shower is a bit weird. There was hardly any water pressure and it’s on its own. The toilet and sink are on the other side of the room so you have to walk around the bed after your shower to the sink to brush your hair or teeth etc. also the doors to both the shower and toilet are just glass so you can completely see through. Not an issue for us but could be for some.

Great location. The hotel needs to decide if it is a design oasis or a night club.

The design and location

Cons:

I had been here before and it was quiet and peaceful. They recently decided to play loud music on the rooftop pool you can hear in your room. Some days music starts at 8 am. We had to call to complain and they turned it down after 9 PM. But it is so loud I couldn’t make a call to my family or hear the TV.
