Es la segunda vez que nos hospedamos aquí por la ubicación, pero sobre todo el personal es muy amable, te resuelve cualquier duda, es flexible, atención al cliente 10/10. Literal ninguna queja. La accesibilidad también es de lo mejor.

Q por cada 3 días de estadía se incluyera una limpieza al menos en el arrendamiento. Me quedé 5 días y el cobro de limpieza era un costo aparte .

Notre appartement était côté avenue c’est très bruyant et dans la chambre qui donne sur le patio intérieur la lumière provenant du patio est vraiment désagréable. Deco très froide pas du tout chaleureux .
Very well located although on a very busy street. Rooftop terrace and gym were great and use of the laundry room for free (just bring your own detergent!). Staff were friendly.
No cleaning unless requested 24 hours in advance, not ideal for our 4 night stay. Water pressure very bad in the shower and towels/sheets didn't feel overly clean and white. Bedsheets had some black piling and mattress quite hard.
Cold in the evenings in January and no heating. Overall the photos made the place seem better than it was..

Todo o resto foi bem ruim. As janelas não vedam bem e com isso se ouve um barulho muito alto do transito lá fora. O hotel está em uma grande avenida com um hospital ao lado, ou seja, faz muito barulho durante o dia e até de madrugada. Se ouve ambulâncias o tempo todo e muito ruido de carros. Foi muito dificil dormir e descansar. Além disso, o apartamento não estava bem limpo, havia sujeira atras dos moveis e nos cantos. Viajo há muitos anos, utilizando o serviço do booking e posso afirmar que foi uma das minhas piores experiências. Ainda mais considerando a nota e as outras avaliações do hotel. Nunca vi um lugar destoar tanto entre a nota e a realidade.

ULIV Roma-Condesa was very well located. The apartment was very clean and spacious, the kitchen items were well stocked (including items like a corkscrew and wine glasses), and the staff at the 24 hr front desk were kind and helpful, including for easy checking in / checking out and baggage storage after check out. The gym had a good selection of equipment and weights. The room (on the 3rd floor) was reasonably quiet most nights despite facing the street. A light sleeper might want earplugs, in case.
There is air conditioning in the unit, but know that there is no heat (as a policy). I understand this is typical in CDMX, but the room is mostly concrete and glass, so it can get very cold, especially at night. It would be useful for the gym to have towelettes to wipe down the mats and equipment after using.
We had such a great stay at ULIV Pulse Roma Condesa. The place was super clean and in an amazing location, close to so many restaurants, cafés, and shops. We loved being able to walk over to Roma Norte in the evenings for dinner and exploring the area.
The staff were all so friendly and helpful. A big thank you to Andres, who went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed and made us feel really welcome.
The building felt very safe, with security always there to let you in and out, which made checking in and getting around really easy. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay here again next time we’re in Mexico City!
Me encantó, ubicación excelente, el departamento muy bonito y la cama muuuuy cómoda. Además la atención desde el momento de la reserva fue de primera, todo el tiempo estuvieron al pendiente y muy amables. Yo siempre acostumbro elegir este tipo de conceptos y he estado en muchos pero este ha sido de los mejores y en precio muy accesible. Gracias por su calidad de servicio.
This hotel is centrally located in a safe and quiet neighborhood. There's a 24 hour taco restaurant next door with some of the tastiest tacos. The rooms are clean and comfortable, consisting of a small living room with a kitchenette, bathroom, and bedroom. The front desk staff are very friendly. There are also some amenities such as a gym, office area, and gaming room. Parking is also included with the room though I didn't use it.
When you check-in online their website will tell you that early check-in is available. Upon arrival, I was told it is not an option at all. They will store your luggage though and the staff are very friendly so it wasn't a problem, just don't expect to get your room until 3pm. The room was also quite cold at night.
Nice building with an interior courtyard of rooms. Our room was clean and had a kitchen table, sitting area, kitchenette, and bedroom and bathroom. All felt modern and well done.
The front desk gave us extra blankets when we asked because it was cold in the room.
(There is A/C so it wouldn't be an issue if you're coming in hotter weather)
We were staying for 4 nights, but they only gave us 1 roll of toilet paper. We asked for more at the front desk and they said you can't get extra, so we had to buy some. Not a big expense, but kind of annoying thing to cheap out on.
They don't provide extra towels, etc. each day either. You have to pay for a cleaning service. I don't mind saving the money on actual cleaning (because I prefer people to not come in our room, but having extra towels and toilet paper and such would be appreciated).
We went in January and it got down to low 40 degrees F at night. There is no heat in the room and the room would get quite cold. The bed has a comforter on it and there is a blanket in the closet but it wasn't enough. The front desk did give us extra blankets which was appreciated.
The apartment was perfect for our needs, comfortable, one bedroom, very clean, elevator, nespresso pot. Totally modern. Free cleaning and towels, linens changed within a one week period. Free storage available. The staff is absolutely amazing, very helpful at all times. They even guided us how to use the efficient metro bus right outside the apartment building. Condesa district is with close walking distance. Very safe area. Great Taco Chula restaurant at the corner , along with cafes close by. We had a wonderful experience staying there. Very reasonably priced. We didn’t have a car, but a parking lot is available.

ULIV is great for being in the middle of everything and especially Condesa and Roma with the added bonus of being next to the Metro and on the the Metrobus BRT lines giving you quick access to all of Mexico City (outside of rush hour) and within waling distance of the uber cool areas.
