One night couple's romantic stay for concert at arena
Pros:

Huge spacious apartment with kitchen, huge windows overlooking city (and highway), huge bedroom, comfy bed. Loved the upscale soap/lotion/shampoo. Happy hour in lounge was nice touch.

Cons:

Parking was a little confusing and not explained well by check in staff at first.
Address on Google took us to back entrance, which needed a code to open door.

Pros:

Architecture

Cons:

Constant elevator noise that sounded like 24/7 thunderstorm. Property was not upfront regarding parking fees. Property would not release room information without signing an additional disclosure and $150 deposit. Booking said do not provide credit card to Property and cancellation was not an option without penalty if we disagreed with the disclosure.

Pros:

The building is old, but majestic.

Cons:

1. Difficult to find the entrance to the parking area.
2. The receptionist's instructions as to where to locate/navigate the parking area is chaotic, not clear for first timers in the place.
3. The toilet bowl was clogged.

Alojamiento de 10 en Pittsburgh
Pros:

A week at the Pennsylvanian during the draft.
Pros:

Loved the location. Easily within walking distance of point state park and acrisure stadium. The staff were friendly and willing to help if you needed anything.

Cons:

$4300 for 8 days, I thought, was a bit pricey. However, considering the city-wide event, the price was decent for the convenience of being close. The fact that it was non-refundable and unchangeable was a bit of a concern. There should be some type cancellation exceptions. No mention of how to get to the main entrance was stated anywhere. Directions were very vague

Pros:

Still waiting after 6 days for my $150 refund for incidentals. We slept, woke up and left. It shouldn't take more than 2 business days to place money back on a card.

Cons:

Refund timing

Very convenient hotel for travel by train
Pros:

THe suite was clean, fully-stocked, & convenient. I arrived by train at about 12:30 A.M., so it was great having something that nice be so close.

Cons:

It would be nice if hotel management could work with Amtrak management on signage. I arrived very late, so was probably slow on the uptake. I had to ask directions & then go through doors marked for emergency only
