Amazing staff, classless owners
Pros:

We stayed at this stunning hotel for 6 nights. Abdul, Khalid, Mouhsine, Princess, Simo and colleagues are amazing, always smiling, always so happy to help, very funny and great conversation, can't do enough for you. Each morning they would serve us an amazing breakfast, always so friendly, impeccable service. Our room was always spotless and beautiful. Housekeeping staff were also lovely.
Their efforts are undermined by the owner and his family who use the hotel as their party palace. The owner and his family decided to have a 24 hour party while we stayed at the hotel, with someone entering our room (presumably with a master keycard) on 2 occasions at 4.30am and 5.30am while we slept. The staff apologised profusely for this the next day, while the owner continued to party until 11am. No apology was given from the owner or the people that actually entered our room. The owner proceeded to shout at the staff and embarrass them over the next few days, while he held a beer bottle in his hand and acted erratically.
We strongly feel that these excellent staff and gorgeous hotel grounds are let down by the owner and his family who need to sort themselves out. You cannot present yourselves as a 5 star hotel and have crazy parties where guests get woken up all through the night.

Cons:

Getting woken up twice in the night - 4.30am and 5.30am - by someone from the owner's party, without further address or apology from the owner.

Cons:

El.acceso al hotel. Las calles para llegar al hotel estan mal estado y el.gps no se ajusta bien con la entrada. Taxis y ubers tienen la dificultad para encontrar la entrada. Quizas instalar mehor sen̈aletica y asfaltar el.acceso seria un plus.

Pros:

Het is een heerlijk hotel! Je komt er echt tot rust. Het ontbijt is heerlijk en het zwembad is prachtig. Het personeel is super vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Onze complimenten aan Princess, Khalid, Simo en Mehdi en aan alle andere personeel die aanwezig waren gedurende ons verblijf.

Nous avons passé 4 nuits dans ce magnifique établissement et avons été ravis de notre séjour ! Le service est exceptionnel, attentionné et surtout personnalisé. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons reçu un accueil très chaleureux. Les chambres sont modernes, impeccablement propres et offrent une ambiance cosy et apaisante. Chaque logement est comme une petite maison privée, ce qui permet de profiter pleinement du calme et de l’intimité, sans entendre les autres clients.

Le petit-déjeuner mérite un 10/10, absolument délicieux ! Nous avons particulièrement adoré les msemen marocains. Lors de notre départ à 4h30 du matin, l’équipe nous avait même préparé une lunch box avec des msemen, accompagnée de thé et de café. Une attention adorable ! Ils ont également organisé notre transfert vers l’aéroport, ce qui nous a permis de partir l’esprit tranquille.

Un immense merci à Simon et Khalid, deux personnes formidables, pour leur gentillesse, leur disponibilité et leur professionnalisme. Nous nous sommes sentis accueillis comme à la maison tout au long du séjour. Une très belle expérience que nous recommandons sans hésitation !

El Hotel y la estancia fue especular y dentro de un entorno agradable.
Pros:

El personal estaba muy atenta y profesional en cada momento. Fue un acierto alquilar un vehículo para los desplazamientos. Estando en el Hotel el desayuno y las comidas fueron excelentes.
También recomiendo el servicio del SPA, muy recomendable.

Cons:

El camina a la entrada del Hotel no esta asfaltado y tenia muy poca iluminación. Llegando al Hotel todo perfecto.
Habían gatos en la terraza y fue un poco molesto.

Sehr nettes Personal, immer sehr aufmerksam und motiviert, auch von sich aus mehr zu bieten. Beispielsweise hat Abdel in seiner Freizeit uns ein Kissen organisiert, weil uns diejenigen im Hotel gefielen und wir jedoch keine Zeit mehr hatten, selber zu schauen und einzukaufen.

Cons:

Kleine Punkte, z.B. wurde immer wenig Handtücher zur Verfügung gestellt, bei Ankunft kein WC-Papier. Diese Punkte kamen öfters vor aber wurden immer direkt korrigiert, wenn darauf aufmerksam gemacht wurde.
Für die gebuchte Massage mussten wir fast eine Stunde warten. Leider wurden wir nicht vorher orientiert und mussten sehr lange warten. Dafür wurden und jedoch Drinks ausgegeben.

Just pure excellence…!

What a place, the staff excellent, the property excellent, the attention to detail excellent.

The property was very well kept, they couldn’t do enough for you. I was a solo traveller and felt safe, very comfortable and extremely looked after. From reception, butlers, bar staff, guest relations lady, they were all very poised, polite, respectful and knew exactly what and when you might need something.

The poolside, very pretty, I would say the location is a perfect little getaway for couples on a quick 2day break.

Cons:

Nothing! The design, decor, boutiqueness of it all, the attentiveness, grounds being maintained constantly. Abdel my bar tender kept my White Russian cocktails rolling 😝 Khadid and Oussama were amazing and made sure I didn’t want for anything.

The whole team were amazing!!! Thank you so much guys, I’ll be back….!
