Les deux femmes ( manager je pense ) a l’accueil pas très gentilles ni aux petits soins contrairement au serveurs alors qu’il y a 8 clients dans l’hôtel et qu’elles n’ont rien à faire de la journée … c’est dommage pour un hôtel de ce standing
De plus l’hôtel a ajouté sur notre note finale un transport que nous n’avons jamais commandé , une frite et nous a compté les bouteilles d’eau dans la chambre qui étaient dans le mini bar alors qu’à l’arrivée la manager nous avait bien dis que l’eau était offerte … aucune excuse de la part de l’hôtesse a l’accueil pour ces erreurs aucun geste commercial pour le malentendu concernant l’eau … elle insiste même en me contredisant et me fait sentir comme une menteuse ou une voleuse… ( pour des bouteilles d’eau … je trouve ça ridicule )
aucune attention pour l’anniversaire de mon mari ( noté dans ma réservation) … même pas un joyeux anniversaire alors que le manager le savait
La manager vient me voir et me demande ce que je veux pour l’anniversaire de mon mari … pour moi c’est à l’hôtel de prendre l’initiative de faire une jolie deco dans la chambre, offrir qqchose une bouteille ou autre , je voyage dans le monde entier à chacun de mes anniversaire et l’hôtel quelque soit le standing meme 1-2 étoiles a toujours une attention …

I rarely write reviews, but this hotel truly deserves one. From the moment we arrived until the moment we left, everything was absolutely impeccable.
The service was exceptional. Every single staff member was kind, attentive, and genuinely cared about making our stay perfect. Someone was always there to help, always checking in to see if we needed anything, and always doing it with a smile. It’s rare to feel this welcomed and looked after.
The hotel itself is spotless. Everything is incredibly clean, beautifully maintained, and the overall atmosphere is just amazing. The vibe is relaxing, elegant, and warm at the same time.
The food was also outstanding, honestly some of the best hotel food I’ve had. Every meal was fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented.
You can really tell that this hotel pays attention to every detail and puts guests first. A huge thank you to the entire team for such a wonderful experience. I would come back without hesitation and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a truly special stay.

Je noterais des petits détails pour parfaire l’expérience :
L’insonorisation de notre chambre n’était pas au rendez-vous pour nous qui cherchons du calme avant tout, on entendait la vie de nos voisin du dessous - je pense qu’il faut privilégier les cubes seuls.
Au vu de l’espace qu’il y a j’ai trouvé notre chambre un peu petite mais très bien équipé avec une bonne literie.
Les 3 types de petits déjeuners sur la carte sont vraiment très bons.
Nos remarques constructives ;
Chambre un peu petite et ils manquent des prises électrique pour brancher la cafetière et la bouilloire..
L’insonorisation de la chambre n’était pas au rendez-vous, on entendait nos voisins du dessous mais également le locale du personnel sous notre escalier c’est à dire la porte qui grince et également le claquement de celle-ci.
Dommage de ne pas avoir de rideaux supplémentaires du type voilage car uniquement des rideaux opaques donc soit on a de l’intimité mais sans lumière naturel soit on a la lumière mais tout le monde nous voit via la grande fenêtre qui donne sur la piscine.
Concernant la salle de sport elle est vraiment minimaliste mais surtout sans intimité et à la vu de tous le hall / accueil. Il manque également de l’eau à disposition et des serviettes.
Je pense que pour commencer un film sans teint sur la rambarde vitrée serait déjà bien.
Yin is the perfect haven. An oasis of tranquility away from all the hustle and bustle of the Medina and Souks. The staff are simply fabulous and the level of service is first class. Each little house , dotted around the gardens, is unique. The decor is contemporary yet retains a flavour of Morocco. On arrival, we were greeted with local tea, before being escorted to our beautiful room. The breakfast menu gives so many options, from local breads, cakes and spicy eggs, to croissants and fresh fruits. Everything is made to order, so no buffet style which is a big plus! We enjoyed a range of freshly blended juices and delicious coffee. Lunch can be taken by the pool or on the rooftop terrace. The views of the snow topped Atlas Mountains are breathtaking. The hotel arranged a guide for us, who took us to the less touristy parts of Marrakesh. We dined at Yin on a couple of occasions in the evening and it was stunning. I really can’t fault this hotel. We stayed for 4 nights and found a good balance between travelling into Marrakesh (25 mins in a taxi) and relaxing back at the hotel. We didn’t use the gym or spa facilities but I’m sure we will do so on our next visit. Special mention must be made to the wonderful Simo who was genuinely so kind and the lovely Khalid who looked after us so well. What a fabulous team! We can’t thank you enough. Thank you also , for spoiling us on our Wedding Anniversary. 💕

Un hôtel tout juste ouvert, dans un cadre absolument magnifique, au calme face à l’Atlas, le petit déjeuner sur la terrasse hors du temps !
Le personnel a été aux petits soins ++ du début à la fin. Les repas excellents, fins & raffinés.
Nous étions tous réunis avec nos grands enfants, avec 4 chambres, & tout était parfait pour partager ces beaux moments ensemble.
Une adresse que nous garderons précieusement & que nous recommandons sans hésiter 😊
Rien — peut-être juste envisager un espace terrasse au soleil pour les avant/après saison pour les petits-déjeuners mais c’est vraiment un détail 🙏

un manque de professionnalisme du personnel qui cherche à faire le maximum mais qui manque de formation
- Very new hotel (~1 year old) with super modern design and facilities (great eye for detail) and a great view up to the Atlas Mountains from the pool
- beautifully designed suites, with ours (villa Bali) with classy chic and comfortable interior made for a great stay
- Super attentive staff (all very young, kind and fluent in multiple languages) including both service personnel and the managerial staff who went above and beyond to ensure we had the best possible stay
- Great restaurant onsite at fair prices, with multiple options for breakfast and a refined set for dinner and drinks
- Spa facilities provided a good and comprehensive offering, we booked the couples massage which was available even on short notice
