Pros:

La gentillesse du personnel et l'emplacement.

Cons:

La climatisation qui faisait un bruit fort à intervalles réguliers toute la nuit ainsi que le bug des badges nous empêchant de rentrer dans notre chambre.
L'escalier est très raide et ne convient pas à tout le monde.

Location perfect. Staff very accomodating.
A lovely stay and a great breakfast. They allowed us to park bikes out back and made suggestions of where to head out to for the evening.

Pros:

Bed was oké. De vriendelijke man bij de receptie.

Cons:

De beperkte openingstijden van de receptie. Met hotel zit boven een restaurant, heeft weliswaar een eigen opgang, maar voelt meer als een pension.

Convenient stop early centre of Tours.
Pros:

Good continental breakfast, they even had marmalade.

Cons:

The front of building says "Hotel" but "Chez Jacqueline " is only visible on a small sign by side door.

Spiral staircase get to 1st floor reception not good for big bags or the unsteady.
