Excellent stay, good for children's, All attractions can be reached by nearby metro station.

Our family had an excellent stay at Savoy Suites Hotel Apartments as we have taken upgrade from savoy park to savoy suites. The location was very convenient and family-friendly, with easy access to shopping and nearby attractions, nearby metro station Sharaf DG. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable for our family stay. The breakfast was good, with a nice variety suitable for both adults and children. Overall, the hotel offered great value for money, and we truly enjoyed our stay. The staff members, especially Mr. Kriti and Mr. Prakash at the reception, gave us a very warm welcome. Mr. Manar, Mr. Sujoy, and Mr. Mohit were extremely cooperative and helpful throughout our stay, making our experience even more comfortable and pleasant.

Cons:

Not much, small issues which solved immediately by the staff. The response was good.

Room was fine but their rules of stay are stupid and not guest friendly at all.
Cons:

They had stupid rules. Their coffee shop/restaurant is not functional these days. Despite this they won’t allow food deliveries to room and every time we have to go down to receive food deliveries. They don’t allow guests in rooms and they don’t serve anything in lobby from their coffee shop located in another property. So no way of offering your guests even a juice or coffee while sitting in their lobby. My guests were a husband wife and their 6 years old daughter who had a fractured foot and I was so embarrassed when the staff refused to serve any beverages in the lobby and asked me to take them to their coffee shop in another property nearby giving the stupid excuse that they only serve beverages inside the rooms and not in the lobby. Decided never to book again with them.
