Pleasant stay!
Pros:

The great room size, gorgeous views of Pyramids and comfy bed! We always had hot water for shower, staff was friendly and welcoming.

Cons:

We had to ask for toilet paper which was not in the room when we arrived, the cleanliness could have been improved as there was lots of hair stuck into the rug, and the restaurant was not fully functioning with no waiter. We appreciate that it has been quieter and less occupancy at hotel due to what is happening nearby in middle East. The shower was head needs replacing as the water sprays out towards wall as opposed to downwards and the little hot water to fill hot tub.

Grandes días en Cairo.
Pros:

Ahmed es el mejor empleado del hotel y de lo mejor que se puede pedir. Se preocupo por todo y nos ayudó en todo. Islam y Reda son muy grandes anfitriones. Muy buena experiencia. El rooftop increíble.

Très belle vue

Cons:

J'ai réservé une suite il et noté que c'est un 3 pièce alors que c'était une chambre simple, a notre arrivée les draps et serviettes étaient tâché, le bain a remous avait pas l'eau chaude ,le buffet était médiocre avis a tout les français, ne faite pas l'erreur de réservé a cette établissement ,c'est une arnaque

Very close to pyramids 5 min walk, clean room. View is nice.

Cons:

Didn’t get a double room, got two singles even though we paid extra. Too noisy. The restaurant is expensive and a scam, they take 40 mins because they order the food from elsewhere while charging you 26% service charge.
