Good location, but a so-so hotel.
Pros:

I had booked the wrong dates and they found us a room (much smaller). That was very nice.

Super cute place in a location that worked for us. The room was nice and very clean. The breakfast was lovely, and the staff was friendly. Off street secured parking is a huge bonus.

I like that it’s in the older part of town and you can drive up to kaiser without using 101. Also, it has some charm with the added Art and the cupboard parking is a plus although the $25 fee can be a bit steep mine was waived by a wonderful woman named Ruth who helped me when my reservation was accidentally canceled before I arrived.

Cons:

The last day and night of my stay a technician came in to change the TV from its former cable system to DIRECTV. I discovered that I lost CNN NBC CBS and ABC but good old Fox News and CNBC were there it ruined my last night and morning because I rely on CNN and the TODAY show for my routine. Makes me wonder if I will return.

Great, beautiful place

It feels newly built! Clean rooms and huge suite! Well designed and close to the freeway.

A clean, spacious hotel in a great location.
Pros:

Spacious, clean rooms with a private kitchen. Great location, just a 3–7 minute walk to downtown and restaurants. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The soundproofing between floors could be better. We could clearly hear people walking and moving around in the room above us.

Pros:

Rooms were clean and nice with comfy bed. Could open the window and balcony door to get some fresh air, and no carpets to have the air feel stuffy. Overall it felt we were guests at a nice apartment complex rather than a hotel. Would stay again, very happy with the accomodations.

Cons:

Due to the connecting door, we were hearing noises from the neighboring room. Front desk was helpful to letting them know the issue. Would recommend bringing earplugs just in case.

Estancia desesperante y nota amarga en nuestro viaje

Apartamento amplio moderno y limpio. Camas de la habitación principal buenas. Sola cama regular tirando a mal

Cons:

Desayuno básico y muy poco variado. El recibimiento en el establecimiento fue malo, nos cobraron por desconfianza no justificada (pues se hizo un primer cargo correctamente) y sin permiso utilizando los datos de la tarjeta de crédito por hasta tres veces más el importe de la estancia. (En total me cobraron unos $3000) Estuve el resto de mi estancia en California sin dinero en mi cuenta pues se revirtió el pago 12 días después. En compensación a estas “molestias” tengo que decir que no me cobraron la estancia pero nunca me contestaron qué día estaría disponible en mi cuenta lo que me retiraron de ella.
