Great value for a simple clean room.
Pros:

We checked in at midnight. Desk person was very helpful. We had a 20 foot UHaul van and were able to park it for free across the street overnight. Breakfast is the basic you see at these places. Tile floors were very clean and same for the room. Beds were pretty comfortable. Room was quite large. Had a nice living area. Not sure how the location is as we left at 7:30am for southern California.

Pros:

Design of the lobby and rooms was nice! Lots of space in the room. Location was safe and a nice neighborhood near our destination. Employees were kind enough to upgrade a room for us.

Cons:

The room wasn’t super clean. Breakfast wasn’t really a breakfast- just hard boiled eggs, oatmeal, yogurts and assorted cereals. Bed and sofa bed were insanely uncomfortable.

Check in time isn't until 4 pm. We were there for a wedding that started at 3 pm. Had to come a day early.

Perfect location to walk to downtown Santa Rosa. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby to explore and easy freeway access.

Cons:

I didn’t like the fact that I had to call to reserve a parking spot instead of making a note or some type of check box to request a parking spot be reserved for me. Because of the timing of my call, I had to call twice to accomplish this. The person answering the phone the first time would not take my request and asked me to call back. I feared that if I forgot to call back, I would not have parking on the premises!

it was fine. Not great, but not bad.
Pros:

Very clean and a great location. Check in woman was very sweet. Parking was convenient. It was quiet. Bob Ross was on the lobby TV so that was cute.

Cons:

We were called and asked to switch our room so that a family could have the couch for their kid. We were told the room we were being moved to was brighter and the same size. In truth the room we had was hysterically dark. The window view was that of a dark alley with an apartment building and there was NO light whatsoever. It was almost comical. Just don't know why we got the worst possible room when we offered to give up the nice one to help. Also parking was way overpriced, you can easily find a cheaper place within 2 blocks. Pros:

LVP flooring in rooms, energy saving lights in hall, amazing bed and pillows. Good sized room, convenient outlets, nespresso coffee machine.

Great location, wonderful staff, comfy bed, and clean!
Pros:

Breakfast was pretty mediocre but the staff was wonderful. Lori went out of her way to help my daughter and I plan a perfect visit to Santa Rosa.

Cons:

Our room only had a tiny window so it was a little claustrophobic
