The food was fantastic but I did feel that it didn’t really cater for family with young children, as the menu was rabbit , fish or lamb,
The lamb was excellent, Michelin star ?
As were the langoustines ,
And the rhubarb the finest I have ever eaten.

The best staff ever!
Pros:

Absolutely beautiful Chateau. Rooms are beautiful, the whole property was stunning. Only marked down as no air conditioning in the rooms. If you go during normal weather it will be fine but in a heatwave it was a struggle. The staff were 10 out of 10. AMAZING !

Cons:

No air conditioning in bedrooms.
Bar and food expensive.

Inolvidable
Pros:

Es la guinda para visitar el valle del Loira. Cumple con todo lo que te puedes esperar.
El servicio es increíble, el lugar idílico, y todo en general hace que tú estancia sea inolvidable.
Fuimos los únicos clientes del hotel esa noche, y no nos faltó de nada. Pedimos el desayuno a la carta y nos trajeron incluso más de lo que pedimos.

Very disappointed
Pros:

Location and an initial pleasant reception staff

Cons:

Bar and restaurant was closed initially as we were told so were referred to other options however when arriving back at the hotel there was bar staff serving drinks
We woke up to insect infestation
When we told staff on reception an attempt was made to solve the problem whilst we were eating breakfast however when we returned to our room the problem had not gone away it was no better and in our clothes cases etc and we were offered alternative rooms for a shower etc but declined
We were informed that it was because we were by the river however it appeared that the other 5 rooms adjacent had not got any issues
As we left the building we were informed that the manager would be calling us on that day to discuss there was NO call back or apology very disappointed

A comfortable room with terrific staff, views, and breakfast.
Pros:

The Hotel is situated in a wonderful position to view over the Loire Valley, and we had a very nice corner room with lovely views over the River. The staff where very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was terrific and plentiful!

Cons:

Unfortunately we couldn't try the restaurant in the evening as it was closed on the days we were there - very disappointing!
Just a minor point, the Hotel is looking a little "shabby" and could do with a little TLC and re-decoration in a few areas, but this did not spoil our stay.

Great staff working their ass off to do the best they can.

Beautiful view.

Cons:

Repeat menu, restaurant closed, broken door, impossible to get a taxi back to as was requested through the front desk. Our room would have been twice as good with a great big bathtub.
