Tout était absolument parfait. La chambre est magnifique, la piscine privée est un vrai bonheur et le cadre offre une vue superbe et un calme absolu pour se ressourcer et juste profiter de l'instant. Si lo que buscas es tranquilidad y descanso, este es tu hotel. Podrás disfrutar de su magnífico jacuzzi. Se encuentra muy cerca del centro de Fira en coche (recomendable alquilar uno).

This property is the best we saw on the island
Pros:

We felt very looked after by everyone at the property. The space, view and the privacy we had made this the best place to stay on the island. Breakfast served in the morning was delicious and could be changed every day. Was such a great experience and would recommend it to anyone visiting the island.

Cons:

As a result of privacy and a nice view, the walk to Fira up the hill was tiring some days but there is plenty of opportunity to hire quad bikes/ cars on the island. And it wasn’t that bad anyway.

Génial !!
Pros:

L’endroit est vraiment superbe avec une vue incroyable, encore plus beau en vrai que en photo! Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour. Le lieu est magnifique, très bien entretenu, et le personnel est vraiment accueillant, souriant et aux petits soins. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié l’ambiance de l’hôtel

Cons:

Le seul petit point que nous avons moins aimé concerne l’intimité autour de la piscine, notamment pour les chambres situées près de la réception. Il y a beaucoup de passage et de vis-à-vis, ce qui donne parfois l’impression d’être observé lorsque l’on profite de la piscine. C’est simplement une suggestion d’amélioration, car avec un peu plus de végétation ou des brise-vues, l’expérience serait encore plus agréable.

Merci à toute l’équipe pour son accueil, nous gardons un très bon souvenir de notre séjour.

Wirklich Perfekt
Pros:

Alles in allem war der Aufenthalt bei Illusion Suites perfekt. Wir waren rundum versorgt, das Personal war wahnsinnig nett und hilfsbereit und das Frühstück war auch sehr gut. Die Rezeption war so gut wie 24h geöffnet (man konnte immer per Whats App schreiben). Uns wurde auch ein Transfer vom Flughafen zum Hotel angeboten, dass wirklich sehr fair war. Der Hausmeister war auch sehr sehr nett, sehr kommunikativ und er war ebenfalls 24/7 erreichbar.

Da das Hotel auch etwas außerhalb war, war es ruhig und nicht überlaufen. Der Weg zur Stadt dauerte auch nicht lang, das waren 10 min Gehweg, allerdings ging es Bergauf, was aber auch nicht schlimm war. Mit Quad oder Leihauto ist das Hotel auch sehr gut erreichbar. Parkmöglichkeit am Gelände gibt es auch reichlich.

Cons:

ich habe keine Mängel an diesem Hotel.

Amazing place
Pros:

Very few places I’ve stayed around the world impressed me, and this is one of them.
Brand new villas, central location yet far away from crowds and noise.
The lady at the front desk was very welcoming, she made us feel at home straight away.
Covered parking, small detail but important to keep your car cool during hot summer.
The private pool was really clean and heated to optimal temperature which can be adjusted by maintainance guy.
Great interior design, bigger than most rooms and ultra comfy bed.
Couldn’t recommend more this place!
