Pros:

Το κατάλυμα ήταν φοβερό, είχε πάρα πολλές υπηρεσίες και η Βαγια στην ρεσεψιόν ήταν εξυπηρετικότατη! Πολύ κοντά στο κέντρο θα συνιστούσα να νοικιάζατε κάποιο όχημα γιατί ο δρόμος είναι λίγο ανηφορικός. Η βίλα δε ήταν πανέμορφη, ευρύχωρη και καθαρή. Είχε οτιδήποτε χρειάζεσαι από σίδερο ρούχων μέχρι και πλυντήριο.

Cons:

Ολα ήταν πολύ καλά αν διόρθωνα κάτι θα άλλαζα λίγο την ποιότητα στο πρωινό κατά τα άλλα όλα μαγικά.

L’hospitalité de le jeune fille a l’accueil gentille serviable l’endroit super calme le petit déjeuner servi dans l’appartement top top 👍 je conseille ❤️

Cons:

Pas grand chose il faut absolument une voiture car il y a une montée assez difficile de 800 m pour arriver à Fira et pas de coucher de soleil dommage

Pros:

Stunning hotel, the rooms are just beautiful! Breakfast has a good selection and is brought to your room. Vaya is great and so helpful for anything you need.

Cons:

Not an issue for us - but it is a walk away from the centre of Fira. About 10 mins uphill there, downhill on the way back.

average breakfast lacking in quality and attention to detail of the actual order. The staff was very nice

Cons:

Worse was the distance and walking a drastic uphill to Fira- never do without your own wheels!! Kitchen coffe supplies very lacking- didn't even accommodate the 2 people staying there. Honeymoon suite with hot tub was nor even hot with no ability to change it.....

Secluded, quiet, and comfortable.
Pros:

Check in was a pleasure; the layout is impressive and matches the photos. The small private heated pool felt luxurious. The made to order breakfast menu was limited but delicious. The staff were amongst the friendliest we have encountered. Great for a couples’ secluded getaway.

Cons:

The seclusion of the hotel was a negative when it came to lunch and dinner. Not having a restaurant on site or nearby requires a 15 minute uphill trek or few minutes’ drive to the nearest restaurant area. The quality and number of restaurants met our needs in town, however.

I absolutely loved everything about this place! The hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. The atmosphere was very welcoming, clean, organized, and comfortable. The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. The location was also excellent and made everything very convenient. The breakfast was delicious with a great variety of options, and all the facilities were very well maintained. It was a wonderful experience, and I would definitely stay here again.

Un grand merci à Vaya et à toute le personnel d’avoir été aussi accueillant et arrangeant.
La chambre était super comme sur les photos, la piscine est chauffée si vous partez en période encore un peu fraîche vous pourrez tout de même en profiter.

The entire experience exceeded our expectations. The very kind staff went above and beyond. They even gave us a traditional Easter gift with our breakfast on what was their Easter Sunday celebration. Location was amazing, property was fabulous! Would highly recommend
