Cheap and reasonably priced, but you have to put up with a few things.
Pros:

It's a small apartment in a residential building within a walking distance to JR Gotanda train station that sits on the Yamanote line. We stayed for 5 nights.
It has a bathroom, small kitchen, double bed, small sofa, a TV, Wi-Fi, AC and a washing machine. It was alright and I think the price was fair for what it offered. There is 7/11 just around the corner.
On the table upon check-in we found a folder with English instructions on how to use the TV, Wi-Fi, AC, washing machine etc...
The check-in and check-out was all done via the booking.com app and at no point I had to talk with any staff member.

Cons:

- The toilet had no washlet you would expect to find in Japan. It was just a normal European-style toilet.
- The bathroom mirror was permanently stained and the lighting was pretty poor, making shaving quite difficult.
- The wind direction contol on the AC unit did not work. Also, the dehumidifier function on the AC either didn't work or I was not able to figure out how to correctly use it, which made drying clothess indoor a challenge. I ended up using nearby coin laundry.
- No replacement towels were being provided. We had to wash them ourselves.

Pros:

Location is great and only 7-10 minute walk from main train station Gotanda. Super easy to find the place, and there are 4-5 convenient stores like 711, Lawson.

Cons:

Towels are only set (bath and face) for each guest. I know how to use washer but their dryer (in the washer) is super weak so I have to do air hang dry for my clothes and towels. I needed extra set of towels!

Pros:

J’ai aimé la localisation de l’appartement, situé dans un quartier que j’aime et non loin de l’habitation de mon fils. Les lits étaient confortables et j’ai apprécié le wifi et la possibilité de regarder Netflix sur la TV.

Cons:

J’ai regretté qu’il n’y ait pas de séchoir pour étendre le linge. De plus, il n’y avait pas assez de gel douche, de mouchoirs et de papier toilette pour un séjour de 21 jours.
