Pros:

Hotel is a 15 minute walk from the monorail and close to the Naminoue beach and shrine. The room had everything we needed and comfortable big bathroom which is unusual in Japan. We had a view of a service corridor with pipes but this was actually better since it meant no direct sunlight in the room.

Cons:

The staff did not speak any English. We got by with our basic Japanese but this may be in issue for other people.

Pros:

Qualità prezzo assurda, molto vicino a naminoue

Cons:

Unica pecca era molto vicino a locali "fuori dal comune" ma le persone appena passavi erano comunque pacifiche e non ti esasperavano
