Está bien.
Pros:

Estaba limpio. Dormimos bien. Muy buena ubicación. Me sentí segura por los alrededores. Suelen haber policías cerca. Personal desde botones, guardias y recepcionistas muy bien.Son atentos y complacientes.Hay un coffee/bar shop en el mismo hasta las 22hrs. Varios locales dónde comer y un 7/11 como bancos por los alrededores
. 24/7 recepción. Relación-calidad- precio bien, 88€ 4D3N habitación doble.

Cons:

En general no me puedo quejar por lo que valía. Eso sí, echo en falta la tapa o asiento del váter Esperaba peor así que no me quejo.

Cons:

Bed was uncomfortable, no hot water in the shower for 2 days. Towels is cerg old. Bathmat is like a rug. Smells paont during daytime.

The only place in Phillipines, where was asked to leave the deposit money, when we were out of cash.
The bathroom was very smelly and there were only cold water :(
There were no windows. One facing the wall.

A place to avoid.
Pros:

The guard are very attentive and help us with our luggage from the taxi to the lift at check in and check out which is very appreciable.

Cons:

They ''give''us an upgrade but charge the price difference at check out because we used the two beds in room, the main bed was broken, and you could feel the spring on the mattress. The window type aircon at floor level is very old, super noisy and blow directly to the bed. The location of the hotel in a corner street and the paper like window (and curtain) make it super noisy all night long and impossible to sleep. One outlet for the whole room in a weird location. Disgusting stain on the furniture. It's not an expensive hotel, but the lack of care on most things is hardly believable.
